Based off the Harry Potter series... as if I needed to say that.
Fifty years after the Battle of Hogwarts, the grandchildren of our heroes are headed to the famous school, whether it be for their first year, their last year, or any years in between. Voldemort is long gone, and everything is peaceful. Things are back to normal in the wizarding world. Well... as normal as things can possibly be when you own a pet owl and can cast spells. Half a decade after You Know Who is gone, and what else could possibly happen? Now it's the beginning of the term, and everyone has arrived at the school, students new and old, students ready for learning and fun and a wonderful year. Is everything truly fixed, though? Or will another power-hungry wizard soon rise? After all, not all of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named's followers died...

Rules (and other stuff you should know)
- You may make grandchildren of any of the characters originally from Harry Potter.
- Main characters from the stories would probably be pretty famous. That means Harry, Hermione, Neville, Luna, the people from the Order that participated in the Battle of Hogwarts, the Weasleys, the professors, and... uh, there are probably a bunch of other people that I forgot to list. If you want to know if they'd be famous or not, go on and ask.
- Don't make every character a descendant of one of the main characters; create your own wizarding families, too!
- The usual RP rules apply.
- Put "Harry Potter forever; Emmy is awesome!" in your first post if you read all of this.
- If you have some huge plot that affects everyone, please PM me about it before activating it.
- Electives become available in your third year.
- You know how the epilogue of the last book was nineteen years later? Well, those are included in this. So it's fifty years altogether... not sixty-nine. LOLAWKWARD.
- We can have bitchy characters - they're fun - but let's not have bitchy people. kthxbai.
- If you have any questions, never hesitate to shoot me a PM or ask in here. I usually forget stuff, so... xD
- There are six classes a day... normally. There can be more. There are three after breakfast but before lunch, along with a break. After lunch, there is another break, then three more classes. The breaks will instead be used for any electives you may choose your third year or above, or they may stay as breaks if you do not wish to take any electives.
- There are no schedules because there is literally no way to make it all work without having J.K. Rowling by my side to explain this crazy schedule, so instead I will announce which houses go to which classes for each period as we go.
- First or third person, whichever tickles your fancy.
- Character age can range from 11-17.
- Uh... I can't really think of anything else, so... have fun?

Name: River Potter
Gender: Male
Age: 17 years old
House: Gryffindor
Year: 7
Picture:
Personality/Bio: Easily the most mature of the triplets, River's sister and brother often make fun of him for being the "spoilsport" of the three, when, really, he's just trying to keep them out of trouble. He's not the most friendly guy, but he is loyal and very devoted to the friends he does have, and he's always there when he's needed. ... Though much of his time seems to be spent trying to keep Caleb from getting into trouble. Lilith can usually stay out of it... or at least she's not as bad as Caleb. River is also rather protective of both of his siblings. He may be a bit of a goody-two-shoes, but messing with Lilith or Caleb is simply not allowed.
River's past doesn't really differ all that much from Lilith's or Caleb's, considering the three of them grew up together and in the same household. It was mayhem for their parents, he remembers. Three toddlers with the ability to walk wasn't really something that was easy to keep track of. Growing up, he never had many friends aside from Lilith and Caleb, since he wasn't very social. River supposes that's one good thing about having a triplet brother and a triplet sister. Naturally, they had their occasional fights, but they always got over it, because they were family, and damn it, it was going to be hell if you woke up in the morning and whoever you'd pissed off was taking an extra-long shower so you'd be stuck with the cold water.
Distinguishing Marks: He's half-Veela. A.K.A. gorgeous.
Skills: He's really good with the accio spell.
Other: Brother of Lilith and Caleb.
Gender: Male
Age: 17 years old
House: Gryffindor
Year: 7

Name: Lilith Potter
Gender: Female
Age: 17 years old
House: Slytherin
Year: 7
Picture:
Personality/Bio: Charming and persuasive, Lilith has always been good at getting what she wants, when she wants it. She's quite intelligent, and she is never against cheating. Unlike her brothers, she can be rather manipulative, using her Veela powers as they should be used. Then again, it's not like she can help it; they're always on. So it can't be her fault that she's so sweet, charming, and gorgeous all of the time, can it? Despite all of this, Lilith can actually be a good person... sometimes. She is a bit of a liar, and most can't ever see through that... well, apart from Colton, but he always calls her on her shit; that's why she likes him. It's nice to be unable to fool someone every once in a while.
Years ago, Albus Severus Potter and Astrid Deschamps met inside a huge school of magic known as Hogwarts. They became close friends that eventually evolved into lovers. They got married and had children of their own... though, all at once. They ended up having their triplets; River, Lilith, and Caleb. Three kids was enough for the two of them, and they decided they wanted no more children. And, well... that's the end of that story. Lilith didn't exactly have an interesting life. Nothing out of the ordinary for a witch, at least. Her first year at Hogwarts, she met a boy that was awfully quiet and would hardly talk to anyone. Eventually, she got him to talk to her... after a lot of pestering. To this day, Lilith and Colton are still friends. Best friends, in fact, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
Distinguishing Marks: Since she's half-Veela, she's rather stunning, I'd imagine.
Skills: N/A.
Other: Sister of River and Caleb.

Other: Sister of River and Caleb.
Name: Caleb Potter
Gender: Male
Age: 17 years old
House: Gryffindor
Year: 7
Picture:
Personality/Bio: Friendly by nature, Caleb, unlike River, has never had the slightest difficulty making friends. He's outgoing, energetic, and nice to just about everyone... unless they start something with him or one of his friends. And Caleb has a lot of friends. He's never really cared about the Houses; he just makes friends with whomever he likes. Normally, Caleb doesn't really judge anyone... except for the occasional Slytherin, which he tries not to do, seeing as his sister's in that House. Not that that means they're exempt from whatever practical joke he's thought up next - nearly no one is, though. Caleb's also not nearly as protective as River is, unless it involves Lilith and she's being threatened. Never mind that he knows she can defend herself; leaving Lilith alone is normally in people's best interests.
With a normal childhood - for a wizard, at least - there's not really much about Caleb's past to talk about. He grew up with his brother and sister, his parents are still married to this day, and he has a crapload of relatives, what with all his aunts and uncles, and his grandmother's brother's kids that are also somehow distantly related to him, if they ever had a family reunion, they'd probably have to rent out an entire hotel. Or at least a fourth, if it was a big hotel. Caleb's never actually met most of the people in his family because it's so huge. For example, he only knows a select few of Ron and Hermione's grandchildren, and the same goes for River and Lilith. Now Caleb's back for his last year at Hogwarts, and he certainly doesn't plan on wasting it.
Distinguishing Marks: Half-Veela, once again, so he's kind of utterly gorgeous.
Skills: He learned the Sectumsepra spell at a young age.
Other: Brother of River and Lilith.
Gender: Male
Age: 17 years old
House: Gryffindor

Name: Raven Hawke
Gender: Female
Age: 16 years old
House: Ravenclaw
Year: 6
Picture:
Personality/Bio: Too sarcastic for anyone's good, most people shy away from Raven and her notorious biting remarks. It doesn't seem to have gotten through to them that it's a bit of a defense mechanism. She's a bit too used to being mocked, even by her own House, to actually give someone a chance to talk to her and prove that they're not going to be jerks. If you can manage to get past the sarcasm, though, Raven's actually a grand friend and a very brave person that will not hesitate to come to your rescue if you need it. The biting remarks will eventually become less and less until they're just her way of commenting on whatever you say and less towards you, and that's when you know that she considers you a friend. Raven actually has a big heart, and she's very kind and considerate, but most people just don't want her help, so she mostly gave up, keeping to herself.
As a so-called "mudblood", sometimes life at Hogwarts has been tough on Raven. She knows she's just as priveleged as the other students to be there, but she also realizes some of the students are a bit... racist. They're too high-society for her liking - namely, the Slytherins. So she, like many others, attempts to keep a safe distance from them. Rather difficult when you're the beater of your Quidditch team, but hey, there's a reason they give you the bat, isn't there? Other than that? Before Raven got her letter, she had a normal life. She had friends, she played with Barbies and did other sorts of Muggle things, while her classmates learned and practiced magic. Not that that bothers her; sometimes she misses the days before she found out that she was a witch. Raven's perfectly fine like this, though. Friends will always stab you in the back at some point anyways.
Distinguishing Marks: She has unusually short hair for a girl, but that's about it.
Skills: If she hits you with her beater bat, it'll leave a huge bruise. She's rather lethal with it.
Other: She's homosexual, but very few people actually know this.
Gender: Female
Age: 16 years old
House: Ravenclaw

Name: Amity Benoit
Gender: Female
Age: 15 years old
House: Hufflepuff
Year: 5
Picture:
Personality/Bio: Amity has always been rather quiet and reserved. While other young girls yelled with glee when they played hopscotch, Amity would quietly take her turn, barely uttering a sound. Eventually, she grew out of being so quiet all the time, and she will talk... she's just quite shy. A lot of the time, sarcasm goes right over her head, but that doesn't really faze her. Amity will just move on, and continue being her adorable self. Not many people understand why, but Amity is simply a happy person. She's normally smiling, and enemies aren't something she normally has because she's such a sweet girl. When there is someone that doesn't like her, she goes by the phrase "kill them with kindness", though, if asked, she'll swear up and down she isn't trying to actually kill them.
Amity is a half-blood. Her father worked at a horse stable where you raced them, and her mother, a witch who seemed much more like a Muggle, raced horses. That's where they met. Eventually, they fell in love, got married, and they had Amity, their only child. She grew up in a small house where horses were always available in the backyard, and her mother even used to take her out racing some days. That is, until she fell off of one once, and was trampled to death. Amity was eight years old at the time, and she wouldn't get back on a horse until she was ten. It scared her, but she made it. Shortly after she was riding once again, her dad bought her a black Thoroughbred horse called Midnight, and Amity was simply not afraid to ride again. If there's one thing she's passionate about, it's horses. In all honesty, she's still not sure how she feels about being a witch, but she's determined not to mess it up.
Distinguishing Marks: None that are physically, but most notice her French accent.
Skills: N/A.
Other: She's moved here from Beauxbatons.

Name: Ezra Fletcher
Gender: Male
Age: 16 years old
House: Gryffindor
Year: 6
Picture:
Personality/Bio: Notorious for pranks of all sorts, along with miscellaneous objects that are made for no other reason than to entertain, Ezra is a tad infamous. He's a really friendly guy that's extremely easy to get along with, and, for this reason, he has lots of friends - even some from different Houses! He's very charming and somehow manages to get away with more things than some of the other students even though he is the biggest troublemaker. Ezra can be a very sweet guy if he wants to, but sometimes he can also be the biggest jerk you've ever met... but that doesn't happen often. Actually, the boy is a bit of a heartthrob around Hogwarts, and doesn't he know it. Mostly he uses it to make friends, though no one's exactly sure how that process works. Ezra is a huge joker, and the day when you can get him to take something seriously is something huge and a job well done on your part.
Ezra's parents were a wizard and a witch, so he's a pureblood, but he doesn't discriminate. He grew up around other magical folk, so this obviously isn't all new to him like it is to some of the children going to Hogwarts. His parents have been together for eighteen years and they've always been happy. Some would say that Ezra has a perfect life, and they'd be right. There's not really anything more he could ask for in it. This year, he's even got a younger sister coming into Hogwarts, and he's rather excited to get to see her for more than a few months on his break.
Distinguishing Marks: He has gray eyes that can seem like they see right through you sometimes.
Skills: N/A.
Other: I'll probably make his sister eventually. Unless someone else wants to. But siriusly, just tell me if you want to.
