Once I reached the bathroom, I took my phone out of my pocket and called Adrian, who took his sweet time answering, mind you. "She said yes," I told him with a grin.
Adrian laughed, but I could picture him rolling his eyes. "Great. Now Aubrey's gonna get her hopes up," he joked.
"Then why don't you ask her?" I asked mischievously.
He was silent for a few moments. "Y'know, I dunno. Congrats, though," he said, and hung up the phone. Adrian had actually sounded... thoughtful. Did that mean he was gonna do it?

OOC: A joint wedding would be sort of cool. o.O

OOC: It would be...interesting. But I don't know if Aubrey and Adrian are that far in a relationship. xP

OOC: Nah, they're not, really. xD Adrian's not really a very commitment sort of guy anyways. That may change in time, but not right now. He's takin' it slow(ish) with Aubrey. xD

Rayne

I tried to picture Adrian in a suit, standing at the altar to get married. I couldn't. I shook my head at myself and shoved the phone back into my pocket before retreating to our table and sitting back down.

"Calling up all of your buddies to tell them that you didn't get rejected?" I guessed teasingly.

OOC: A few years? I was expecting it to be like when their kids were all around 16, 17, 18... O.O

I just grinned at her. "Only Adrian," I admitted.

"I know you so well," I chuckled.

"Well, I would hope you knew me well," I said with a laugh.

Eileen
I laughed too when the waitor finally came with our food, laying our plates down in front of us silently before walking away. "This looks amazing," I marveled at my food.

[Callie]

OOC: Meh. They can have their wedding sometime between the RPs. Unless Ashy wants it now. xD

Rayne

I chuckled at the look on her face. "Better taste amazing too, for how much it costs," I joked.

Eileen
I laughed. "Sorry! I didn't pick the restaurant!" I brought a forkful of the lamp to my mouth, chewing thoughtfully. "It tastes delicious," I assured him.

Rayne

I smiled at her. "Well, I'm glad you're enjoying it, then," I said, taking a bite of my own food.

"Was it Rayne and Eileen saying they want Bree back?" I teased Adrian.

OOC: Does Ashy want Aubrey and Adrian to get married in this RP or between RPs?
Jenny, I don't think Audrey or Eric would be there, if that's who you're talking about, but Zack, Lysander, and Lucky would.

Adrian

I grinned at her. "No, but they did say my babysitting license was revoked," I joked. "Actually, Rayne was fangirling that Eileen said yes when he proposed."

OOC: Oh okay. I just assumed that if Lysander and Lucky were there then maybe Audrey would be there to watch over them.

"He proposed?" I asked with wide eyes. Explained why we had to babysit for so long. "Guess I should've seen that one coming," I remarked, laughing slightly.

OOC: Yes or no question, Ashy dear. xD
And yeah, but Rayne wouldn't want her at his wedding, she wouldn't wanna come, and she knows he'll take good care of them, even if she won't admit it.

Adrian

I grinned. "Yeah, he did. He was all sorts of excited about it, too. He thought she was gonna say no or something." I shook my head. "His self-confidence is so lacking, poor kid."

OOC: Notice how he says "poor kid" when Rayne's older than he is.

Aubrey

I laughed, "You're kidding me? I've only seen her a few times, but she's like... completely in love with him."

I shrugged. "He's oblivious."

I just smirked, then went back to lying on the couch. "Any chance they're coming back soon?"

OOC: I'm not posting as Adrian until you tell me if and when you want he and Aubrey to get married.

Adrian

I frowned at her. "We'll be babysitting all night," I told her with a sigh. I'd already told Rayne and Eileen I would babysit Bree for the night. Damn me and my promises to hell.

I yawned and stretched my arms comfortably, then kissed Aubrey on the cheek as I got out of bed, throwing some clothes back on and walking out to the kitchen, where I started to cook some pancakes.
