"What are we going to do now, then?" I asked with a laugh. "This place still creeps me out."

OOC: No, I mean, if he went to court over them, if she was a lawyer, she'd probably win. And a random thought just occured to me: if Zack and Adrian were like... Andy's half-brothers. That he never knew about. O.O (since they all have an Alex Evans picture and all xD)

Rayne

I smiled faintly at her. "We'll find a way through this," I promised.

Dawn

"Okay," I said, thinking to myself. "I should probably call him first. And, uh... tell you something else before we head out..."

Adrian

"Now... we leave," I said with a broad smile. "Because I am a free man." I grinned at her and headed out of the room, waiting for her to follow. I couldn't even remember feeling this great in so long...

OOC: THAT would be freaky...but possible. Maybe Andy's dad ditched his mother when Andy was a baby, and Andy's dad married Adrian and Zack's mother?

"I hope so," I whispered.

Andy
"What...?" I asked cautiously, raising an eyebrow.

Dawn

"I, uh... well, Adrian is... he's Zack's twin. But he's a lot nicer," I added quickly, because it was the truth. He'd sided with me when Zack was being an ass.

OOC: And now I don't know what to post for Rayne. xD

OOC: *shrugs* Whatever you want. I don't care. xD It's an excuse for Andy to be invited to the wedding.

Andy
I stared at her blankly for a moment before clearing my throat. "Well I should hope so. If we see Zack though, you have to give me the right to punch him out."

OOC: Let's do it, then. Muahahaha! > Oh, and random note: for some reason, Right Girl - The Maine makes me think of AndyxDawn.

Dawn

"Okay," I said with a nod. "Catch is, you have to beat me to it."

OOC: *goes to look it up*

"I'm your current love interest. I think I get first punch automatically," I scoffed.

[Callie]

Dawn

I stuck my tongue out at him. "But I'm the wronged ex-girlfriend," I said, smiling slightly at his use of 'current love interest'.

OOC: *listens to song* But Dawn isn't a good girl!

"But pregnant women shouldn't be punching out people, even if they have an excuse."

[Callie]

OOC: Then change it to "had a good fling with a bad girl". 'Coz they liked the "fling". xD

Dawn

I sighed, giving in. Well, at least until we saw him. If we did. "Fine," I relented, "you can punch him."

OOC: xDD Otherwise, it's perfect. Meeting at a bar...too many drinks...had a fling...

Andy
I grinned. "Thanks. Will we be leaving now, or do you actually want to wait for a change?"

OOC: See? But they met in a taxi in the song.

Dawn

"I... need to call him and make sure he's not... preoccupied." Last I'd seen him, he was hanging out with Aubrey a lot, and I wanted to make sure we wouldn't be... interrupting them if they were doing anything. Awkward. I got out of the pool and wrapped a towel around myself, going inside and grabbing the phone. I dialed his cell number and waited for him to pick up.

Andy
I nodded and turned onto my back, floating and staring up at the blue sky. Ilana would have to watch over the house when or if we left. She's pretty trustworthy. I think.

[Callie]

Adrian

I drew my cell phone out of my pocket and put it to my ear. "I still don't want any cookies," I said in an exasperated tone.
"Like I'd sell them to you. What are you doing?"
"Hanging around sterile shit."
"Sounds thrilling. So... can a friend and I chill at your place for a while? Unless you've got plans, of course..." the voice said.
"... Who are you?"
"... Right. I'm Dawn. Forgot that I haven't really talked to you lately..."
"Oh, Dawn! Yeah, sure. Zack's still hanging around town, though, so..." I murmured, trailing off. I wasn't sure what exactly would happen if she and Zack were in close proximity with each other.
She sighed softly. "Is he living with you?"
"No, he's staying with his personal prosti - I mean, girlfriend."
I heard her laugh over the phone. "Then we should be good. We'll be up sometime today, alright?"
"You got it."
The phone clicked off and I shut my own, slipping it back into my pocket. "We're gonna have company," I informed Aubrey, heading down the hallway with her hand in mine; heading out to leave the hospital once and for all (hopefully).

Aubrey

"What kind of company?" I asked curiously as I walked along with him.

[Callie]

OOC: He's not talking about the cancer. xD He's still reckless.

Adrian

"Dawn," I answered with a glance back at Aubrey. "You remember her? Zack's ex-girlfriend?" Well, ex now. I wasn't sure if I'd told Aubrey about their breakup or if Dawn might have. I didn't think she and Dawn were close, but it'd been a while. For all I knew, they could be best friends.

I decided to drag myself out of the pool and dry off, shaking out my hair like a dog before drying off my face with a towel.

[Callie]

Dawn

I stared at the phone for a couple minutes before heading back outside to Andy. "He's free; says we can stay with him," I informed him.

Andy
"Then we should pack up. You're sure you don't have any baby appointments, classes, or whatever coming up?" I asked, passing the towel to her incase she wanted to dry off still.

[Callie]

Dawn

I thought for a moment, then shook my head, taking the towel and drying off. "Nope, we're clear. I'll go pack my bags," I said. I hung up the towel and kissed him before I had to retreat inside and start the scavenger hunt.

I sighed and headed up to my room, grabbing the duffel bag I had used previously and packing in it a few shirts and a couple of khaki shorts. Throwing in a bag of toiletries, I verified that was all I needed and headed back downstairs to wait for Dawn.

Dawn

I snooped around my room, grabbing some clothes and random body and hair products, along with a toothbrush, hairbrush, all the essentials, and my iPod, which also counted as an essential. Then I headed downstairs with my suitcase and looked at Andy. "Ready to go, then?"

Andy
I nodded, grabbing the car keys off the hook on the wall. "As I'll ever be."

[Callie]

Dawn

"Aww, I'm not allowed to drive?" I joked, lugging my suitcase out the door.

Andy
"Hey, you're lucky I'm not forcing you to sit in the back seat. Pregnant ladies aren't supposed to sit in the front, remember?" I informed her, closing the door behind me and following after her.

Dawn

"Doesn't ring a bell," I said innocently, getting into the passenger's seat.

I nodded a bit, "Oh, yeah, I'm sort of friends with her."

I gave her a look, shaking my head as I got into the driver's seat. "If that baby gets hurt...it's all on you."

[Callie]

Adrian

I grinned. "Well, then you girls can just have a grand old time having sleepovers, eating popcorn, and having pillow fights while I'm passed out. ... But if you're going to be running around wearing short pajama shorts, I am most definitely staying awake."

Dawn

I frowned and got back out of the car, getting into the backseat instead. "You ruin all my fun," I told my stomach, "but I still love you."

I grinned to myself, starting the car and pulling out of the driveway. "Love you too, hun."
