I took Rayne's hand, slightly leading him out the door, scooting around the two new arrivals. I glanced back at Bree. She'll be fine!

Adrian

"Oh. Right. Good to see you, too, Zack," I said, grinning. "Have fun, Rayne!"

Rayne

I followed Eileen outside, shaking my head. "I hope they all stay there."

Eileen
"They better. Bree can't sit by herself in a car, much less without a car seat." I bit my bottom lip. "I swear, I worry about her too much." Well yeah. She's my daughter. "I wish I could just...unwind. Stop worrying. Have fun without remembering Bree." I shook my head. "I know, I sound so selfish."

[Callie]

Rayne

"Well." I grinned. "We'll work on that," I said, opening the car door for her, and getting into the driver's seat.

Zack

"Well, we're off, then, Adrian. We'll be back later; I promised Dawn I'd take her to check out the casinos," I said with a small smile that Dawn returned.
"Man, I wish I could come along. I'm stuck on diaper duty, though." he stuck his tongue out at me. "At least Aubrey won't abandon me."

I walked over the little girl and smiled, "Hi, I'm Audrey."

[Callie]

Zack

"Lucky you," I said, smirking as I walked out and shut the door, getting into the car after Dawn and starting the drive to the casino.

Ooc: Aubrey, Aubrey, Aubrey, Aubrey, Aubrey.

Aubrey

I glanced up with a smirk, "Or will I?"

[Callie]

Adrian

"You better not! I'll get in trouble if the kid dies!"

Eileen
"I hope so," I said with a smirk, sliding into the passenger's seat. "Now, let's go get something to eat. I'm starved."

Bree
"Hi pretty lady!" I said with a smile. Why had Mommy left? Why couldn't she stay with me? She never left me alone! Who were these people?

OOC: I'll just play Bree, I guess, but she's not going to be a big charrie or anything.

[Callie]

Rayne

"Something to eat. Right," I mumbled to myself, putting the car into drive and starting to go to the one place I'd told her about. "Feel free to change the radio to whatever you want."

Dawn

I headed inside the casino while Zack parked the car, and ended back up at the bar, but I didn't order anything. Not like last night. With Zack here, things might end disastrously.

Eileen
I smiled and starting going through the music stations, fidling with the dial. I ended up stuck on some random station playing Regina Spektor. I hummed the tune along with the song, One More Time With Feeling.

OOC: Couldn't resist. I love Regina Spektor! xD

[Callie]

OOC: Never heard of her. Guess I'll have to listen later xD Oh, and Dawn is buggable.

Rayne

I smiled slightly as she did just that. Shortly after, I pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant. "Voila!"

OOC: She isn't well known. >.>

Eileen
I opened the car door and got out carefully. I looked the restaurant up and down. Did seem like a truck stop, just as he had described it.

[Callie]

OOC: It's okay, I listen to a lot of things that aren't well-known. And she's okay; just not my kind of music, really.

Rayne

I got out of the car and grinned slightly at her. "This place is like my guilty pleasure."

OOC: I just got into that type of music, actually.

Eileen
"Well then let's get in before I die of hunger!" I exclaimed and started to walk toward the door, holding it open for Rayne.

[Callie]

OOC: Ahh. Well, Dawn's still buggable...

Rayne

"Hey!" I laughed. "I'm supposed to hold the door open for you!" With that, I grabbed hold of the door and ushered her in.

Andy
Why, after everything that happened last night and the terrible hangover I have now, do I want to get wasted? I walked back to the casino. Maybe I was just hoping to see Dawn again. Why though?

Eileen
I laughed. "Oh, fine then!" I walked dutifully ahead of him until we were at the podium. Now, where was our server?

[Callie]

OOC: *insert dorky grin*

Rayne

I followed her inside and started for a booth. "We seat ourselves," I explained, turning the sign in the booth to "Waiting", so the waiters knew that we still needed to order.

Dawn

After a while of sitting there, Zack came in, but didn't join me at the bar. He started on a game of pool, and I turned around on the seat to watch. He still couldn't hustle as well as I could, but he was getting better at it. I decided to order a beer after a bit longer. Just one.

Andy
I sat down at the bar, deja vu filling my head, and ordered my usual Hurricane. I took a huge sip...and thought I must have been delusional. Was that...Dawn, down at the other end of the bar? Nah.

Eileen
"Well that would make sense," I said bluntly, feeling like an idiot.

[Callie]

Dawn

I looked around and rubbed my eyes, then got up and sat next to him. "Well. Guess I should've expected to find you here," I said to Andy with a wry smile.

Rayne

I laughed and sat down. "They fired their host a while ago. Sleeping on the job."

Andy
I gave her a slight, jerky nod, grinning. "When you have a hangover, I say it's better to keep drinking then to sit in your house moaning in pain."

Eileen
I let out a laugh. "Of course. I sneak loads of cups of coffee in during my breaks so that I keep high and energetic."

[Callie]

Rayne

"Apparently the guy didn't have your genius idea," I said with a grin.

Dawn

I smirked. "Yeah, I heard that if you want to get rid of a hangover, you just need to drink some more."

Eileen
"No, apparently not," I laughed, and ended with a sigh. A waitress came to our table, handing us our menus. "Would you like any drinks to start out with?" she asked in a nasaly(sp?) voice. "Oh,uh, I'll have a chocolate milkshake, please," I said, opening the menu.

Andy
"Oh yeah, that's how it works. If you spend everyday drinking excessively, you never feel the hangover!"

[Callie]

Dawn

"I don't think I'll try that. Replaying last night would not be a smart idea... especially not while Zack's here," I murmured, nodding towards Zack at the pool table.

Rayne

"A caffeine-free Pepsi," I said, nodding.

"Right, right," I said solemnly, taking a small sip of my drink.

Eileen
"I'll be right back with that," the waitress grumbled and left while I studied the menu. "Butter-bun steak burger...sounds good to me!" I murmured.

[Callie]

Dawn

"So... this is awkward," I muttered, looking down. Most of the time, I never saw my one-night-stands again. There was something about Andy, though... I wanted to see him again, and it just wasn't right! What about Zack?

Rayne

I grinned. "I'm just gonna go with a plain cheeseburger and fries. Can't go wrong with that," I said solemnly. "I believe in the classics."

Eileen
"I like trying new things. Besides, my dad used to make me steak burgers all the time..." I trailed off, lost in memories. He had died from lung cancer when I was 14; he was a big smoker.

Andy
I hadn't felt this way about a girl in so long. Every girl that I ended up having a one-night stand with, or a short relationship...I never really cared about them. But something about Dawn made me want to watch over her. "A bit, yes." I eyed her boyfriend warily.

Rayne

"What happened?" I asked quietly. I could tell from the way she trailed off that something had happened to him.

Dawn

Right then, I put my hand over my stomach. I knew that feeling. "I'll be right back," I uttered before getting off the stool and running into the bathroom, spilling my guts up into the toilet. Great.

OOC: Dawn is VERY hungover!! xD In about a week she'll be barfing everyday.

Eileen
"He, um, died when I was 14, before Bree was even born," I said quietly. The waitress came back with our drinks and placed them on the table. I was expecting her to ask for our orders, but she just turned and walked away/

Andy
I chuckled. Somebody's really hungover.

OOC: Actually, I was thinking of the sims... guess I shouldn't really base pregnancy symptoms on that, though. xD

Rayne

I frowned slightly. "That sucks," I said, looking down and drinking some of my drink.

Dawn

I wiped my mouth off and made a face. COLGATE WISP! Nah, just kidding. Sadly, I didn't have one of those. I spit repeatedly into the sink, then swished water around in my mouth again and again, trying to get rid of the terrible taste. Once I was satisfed, I went back to the bar and sat down with a sigh.
