Isaac"Nice to meet you," I said as we reached the entrance to the camp. I waved Terrance, who was sitting at the fire, over. He approached and looked at Samuel for a minute, then nodded slightly. "On a roll, aren't you?" I smiled faintly at him. "Yes, well, there's much to do. And this battle approaching tonight is making me uneasy." "Why? No archdemon," he pointed out, arching an eyebrow. "I don't have time to explain. Show Samuel the camp; I'll be back soon," I said, walking off again, this time, to Redcliffe Village. OOC: Marill's turn, Laney!

I went back to redcliff to discuss my payment for the... Deed. "Ugh.." I groaned as I looked at the bloodgroove of my blade. I reached my village before nightfall and went to the heads house. That's what I called him. He was always there, and always wanted me killing people. I wiped the blade off and walked inside,already knowing how much it was going to cost.
"80 Gold please." I said immediatly, not even allowing him to talk.
"What? Thats alot more than usual."
"You didn't tell me everything, so I think I deserve more."
"What didn't I tell you?"
"That he had guards, and knew I was coming."
"Welll, I figured I would keep you n your toes."
"That wasn't the deal."

It was dark in Redcliffe, and I didn't know if I'd even see anything worth mentioning. I thought about coming back tomorrow, but rogues and thieves were more likely to be outside at nighttime, and we only had a few of those.

It was his fault. He asked for it. People know if they didn't pay me, they might as well pay with their lives. I grabbed the bag of coins from the top drawer of his desk. I only grabbed the 80 pieces I wanted and I left the rest. I wiped my blades off again and walked out the door ready to go to the next person who called.

OOC: By the way, Marill's gonna have to be part of the Grey Wardens and like follow him after he leaves or something, because there's no way Isaac would take her with him; he wouldn't want her to get hurt. IsaacAfter a while of just walking around, I couldn't find anything, except for a pickpocket trying to take my money. I had him on the ground in seconds, but I just left him there. It didn't seem like there was anyone here that could or would help, so I started back for Ostagar. |
