"Now we get away from Iris?" I asked innocently.

I laughed. ''Where to then my lady?"

Spencer

I raised an eyebrow at Jude. ''I'll have you know that I am perfectly capable of making friends with whoever I want." I said in an almost annoyed tone. ''Not to mention if I was going to kill you I would have by now." I added with a smile. I then turned to Ezra.
''Nice to meet you."
''You too," he replied with a grin, though I think it was more for Shane and not me.

[Callie]

Jude

I sighed. "It's still going to kill me in the end. Just watch, if you don't, Shane will."
She sighed and rolled her eyes at me. "Oh please. If I were to kill you, no one would know it was me," she told me with a playful grin.
I just laughed. "How comforting," I said sarcastically.

Arielle

"I don't know, I'm too bored to pick something," I teased.

"I have serious magical ability but I dont go about bragging how much I have." I frowned

Spencer

I smiled at the little group. Today has definitely been anything, but average. ''How about we return to base?" I asked the group nonchalantly. ''At least we can get away with killing Jude in private." I added, with a smirk.

Syrius

''How about some dinner, and you tell me about your day." I said with a grin as I offered my arm, in a gentlemanly manner.

Jasper

''Well, now I'm jealous I'm just immortal." I teased. ''I'm sure being a witch is more fun than a vampire." I added with a smirk.

"No i think I used to have more fun running around with a vampire than myself." I smiled and looked at him

I smiled, taking his arm gratefully, "I think that sounds like a great idea."

Jasper

''Oh really," I said with a small smirk. ''So you like running with us vamps?" I asked. I liked that a lot of mystics still feared vampires, and the actual good werewolves, or thought they were better than us.

Syrius

''There's this nice little Italian restaurant off the main strip." I said with a smirk. ''You do like Italian food right."

Shane

"Base?" I asked curiously. "Well, that sounds tempting," I added with a smirk when she mentioned we could kill Jude in private.

"Who doesn't like Italian food?" I remarked airily.

Spencer

''Yeah, it's really all the rave." I said in a fake peppy tone. ''Actually I just want to get out of the cold, and rather get back to the Guardian's little hide out." I added casually.

[Callie]

Shane

I smiled slightly. Well, if I went, I could find out who these "guardians" were. I turned to Ezra. "What do you think, Holmes? Are we done here?"

Syrius

''Good." I held the door open for her as we entered the restaurant. Some of the waitresses and waiters turned and gawked at us. Looks like free food tonight.

Ezra

''For now the case is going to have to be unsolved," I said with a wink. ''But these guardians could used some investigating."

Shane

I chuckled. "Agreed. Shall we go, then?" I asked, looking between Jude and Spencer.
Jude gestured in front of him. "Lead the way," he told Spencer.
My eyebrows shot into my hair, but then I realized he must not know the way. Jude didn't let anyone lead anywhere.

Sydney

I nodded and shrugged "I loved running with my vamp....An if that happened to mean other vampires joined us then I had to make do." I smiled

Spencer

I shot him a small smile. Before leading the group, past some old buildings before we knew it we were all at the front doors. ''Tada," I said in a bored voice, before actually going in with the group. ''The interior is always better than the exterior." I said with a smirk. Of course some Montgomery money helps too. I thought to myself.
''Wow, it's awesome," I heard Ezra say.
''It's fine for now."
''So what do you do?"
''Well, we are the ones who hunt down the bad mystics and try and keep the peace among humans and the few good ones." I said nonchalantly.

Jasper

''So what happened to them though?" I asked vampires weren't exactly easy to ditch once you were bored with them.

Shane

"... And you let Jude know about this place?" I asked, arching an eyebrow.
"Oh, please, Shane. I'm trustworthy," he said with a roll of his eyes.
I scoffed, not believing him for a second. Jude killed people. He was a vampire. The guy... well, he wasn't exactly known for being a saint. Or a good guy in general.

''I suppose, we came to an agreement." I said at first thinking about it. Jude did for some reason want to find me. I told myself mental smiling a little. ''Not to mention if he bites anyone I'm pretty sure he won't make it out a live." I add with a small laugh.

Ezra

''Let's not get on her bad side." I whispered to Shane. This girl seemed to be serious business.

[Callie]

Jude

"Oddly enough, I got that vibe from you," I remarked with a slight smirk.

Shane

"Agreed," I whispered back to Ezra.

Sydney

I shook my head and shrugged "Lets just say sadly they never came back with my fiance of the time and then I found thier clothes and other stuff..."

Arielle

I rolled my eyes slightly. It wasn't like I didn't like the attention; I sort of loved it. But it made me think of that guy from earlier today, because he didn't seem to care that I was a Siren, and it annoyed me more than almost anything.

Spencer

I shot Jude a smile. ''But yeah this would be the base." I said as I leaned against a winged love seat. ''But the real question is how do you and Jude know each other?" I asked Shane. I assumed they were old friends or something.

Jasper

''Ah, well that is rather interesting. Do you think they were staked?" I asked in a sympathetic tone.

Syrius

As we took our seats I sighed lightly. ''So whats on your mind?" I asked flashing her a crooked smile. She seemed rather distracted.

Jude

"Well," I said, throwing an arm around Shane's shoulders. She grimaced and shrugged away, "Shane here was my fiancée... before she broke up with me because I was a... well..."
"Bloodsucking leech?" she inputted helpfully.
I nodded. "That about sums it up. But now we've just remained friends, which, I think, suits both of us better."

''Fiancée?"
''FIANCÉE!"
''How long ago?"
''Yes indeed how long ago?"
I looked over at Shane at first than Spencer, Spencer looked about livid for about point two seconds but then her face smoothed. I felt a bit scared.
''Well, that was quiet the bomb shell." I said with a small smirk.
''Yes indeed." Spencer said in a cool voice.

Shane

My eyes were wide as I glanced over to Jude. "Do go on."
He rolled his eyes at me. "About... seven months, a year ago." Which was true; he was a fairly young vampire.

Spencer

I took a cleansing breath to center myself, and to stop me from doing something violent. ''Well, I can see how sprouting fangs, and an unquenchable thirst for blood. Can't put a damper on a relationship." I said in a forced light tone.
''Y-Yeah," I noticed Ezra looked a little shaken up, but was trying to make light of it as he gave off a nervous laugh.
I decided to put whatever feelings I was having aside. ''Besides any other bomb shells, you're both still welcome to join the Guardians if you'd like." I said before getting up, I felt I needed to find a vampire to stake and quick. ''If you'll excuse me I'm going to find Ryder, he does generally approve of everyone." I said with a forced smile.

Iris

I smiled at the sleeping future seer on my plush Italian sofa.
''So the plan is in motion?"
''It truly is Alice." I said smirking at my secretary the secret to everything, the key to their destruction, I'd almost miss her.

Rose

I was in shock from what unfolded in front of us.
''You may leave now miss Stormhold." I nodded at Iris as I stepped out, I ran into a random blonde human with a bunch of her little friends. I shot her a glare and watched her turn her nose up at me.

Moly

''Like OMG! What was that bitches problem?" I heard Laci say as she shot a glare in the back of the head of the rude girl.
''Probably wishes she was as pretty as us!" Kelly sneered.
''Definitely, let's go get some smoothies!"
''SMOOTHIES!" The three of us cried happily.

Jasmine

Everything was on fire, burning, nonstop. Iris was there, then she wasn't. Had she, or hadn't she. The only thing that could happened did. The blood, so much of it. I sat up with a jolt ''Where am I?"
''You're safe my dear." When I saw Iris' smiling face my blood ran cold in my veins I had to escape.

Ryder

I threw one last punch at the bag before grabbing the water beside me and chugging it thirstily.

Shane

"I think we're fresh out," I said dryly.
Jude grinned at me. "Don't look so angry, Shane. It's just the past."
I rolled my eyes at him. "I still didn't need old regrets popping up. That was on the list of mistakes I was trying to forget," I told him.
"Breaking up with me?"
"Getting engaged to you in the first place." I leapt up from my seat. "I'm going to go find something to eat," I announced loudly.
"Think I might do the same. I'll be back," Jude said with a grin, dashing out the door.
I smiled weakly at Ezra. "You hungry too, Holmes?"

''Sure, Sherlock." I said with a slow smirk.

Spencer

I actually wasn't going to find Ryder. I sent him a text however. New recruits a Witch, and a Shapeshifter. Going out, my or not be back. -S

I found my favorite bike that I always parked at base, and hoped on it. I drove north for awhile, I had a hunch I could find some bloodsuckers. It was going on nine. I got off of the bike and stashed it in an alley way, and took off my helmet. My boots clacked and echoed as I felt the familiar firm yet almost seductive grasp of a hungry vampire. Male by the way he was holding me.
''Oh please don't hurt me I'll give you anything you want." I said in a well rehearsed scared voice.
''If you ask me nicely I'll change you, you're far to pretty to drian, maybe I'll just tasted and not kill you." He purred in my ear.
''R-really?"
Just like that he turned me to face him big mistake. He was pretty average looking for a vampire. I then stomped the heel of my boot on his toe what he didn't know was my boot heel was pure mahogany. He screamed at the pain then crumpled. I then Bent down at him smiling. ''So any last words." I teased.
''Please don't."
''Sorry I don't agree with that one." I then plunged the stake into his heart before he burst into flames. I then left the alley off to find another target.

My phone went off, and I picked it up, reading a text from Spencer. I frowned and texted her back, Wait, what happened? I take it theyre upstairs? - R

Shane

"I'm Watson, silly," I told him, heading into the kitchen and opening the fridge.

Jude

It didn't take long to find an unsuspecting young woman full of warm, tasty blood. I bit into her neck, but didn't completely drain her. Instead, I propped her up against the wall in the alley. I hadn't taken much blood, and she'd have minor memory loss, but she'd survive. After that, I walked off, going around aimlessly.
