Ty

"Well, I don't know to tell you," I said with a frown. "I can't say anything to make it better, but I can... I can go home if you want me to. Just say the words."

Rachel
There I went and just made things worse for me when they were getting to be good. Stupid, foolish me. "I don't want you to go," I whispered.

[Callie]

Ty

"Then you're stuck with me," I declared with a smile.

[JennyxEli]

Rachel
I tried to smile back at him, but it came out as more of a grimace. "We are getting distracted from that movie," I commented.

[Callie]

Ty

I shrugged. "I think I'll survive, but lead the way."

[JennyxEli]

Rachel
I nodded a little, hurrying my pace until we finally found the theater. "Thank God. We caught the movie five minutes before it started," I mumbled, pulling the money from out of my back pocket and paying for our tickets. "Do we want popcorn?" I asked him.

OOC: I just realized that a theater is the perfect make-out place. xDD

[Callie]

OOC: Really? I thought of that like as soon as she suggested it.

Ty

"Yeah, heaven forbid we miss the first ten minutes of previews," I joked, grinning at her. "Popcorn. Definitely. But if you're buying my ticket, snacks are on me. How do you like your popcorn? Want anything else?"

[JennyxEli]

OOC: I randomly came up with it because I didn't know what else they could do. Took me awhile, didn't it? I'm so smart.

Rachel
"Extra buttery and extra salty!" I chimed, stuffing my money back in my pocket. "I'm not one to hold back on the junk food."

[Callie]

OOC: It's okay, I wouldn't've been able to come up with anything. xD

Ty

I grinned. "Well, don't on my account," I told her as I ordered the popcorn, extra buttery and extra salty.

OOC: x3

Rachel
I smiled hesitantly as I searched for our theater, then led the way to it. It was already dark, and the previews were rolling on the large screen as I stumbled to the back row, sitting in a random seat.

[Callie]

OOC: What does that smiley mean anyways? I gotta know.

Ty

I followed after her into the theater and sat down in the empty seat next to her.

[JennyxEli]

OOC: I think it's a cat face. A laughing cat face.

Rachel
As the beginning credits began to open on screen, I reached a hand into the bag of popcorn, bringing a few to my mouth and chewing.

OOC: I'm not quite sure what to make her say. xD

[Callie]

OOC: Yeah, I don't know what to make Ty say either. Or do, for that matter...

OOC: Should we skip to the end of the movie?

[Callie]

OOC: Sure. xD

Rachel
The lights slowly turned back on in the theater, and I blinked a few times. "Well that movie didn't disappoint," I commented as I stood up, wiping popcorn kernels off me.

[Callie]

Ty

I grinned. "It was pretty awesome," I agreed, nodding.

Rachel
I scooted my way out of the aisle, following the cluster of people out of the theater and back into broad daylight. "It was almost hard to keep up with, it was so complex..."
I stopped short when my eyes fell on the dark figure that was staring at me curiously. He donned dark jeans and a black hoodie, and his shaggy dark hair was falling into his eyes. His piercing blue eyes seemed to look straight through me, and I felt my throat clog up.
"Rachel," he said simply, a trace of a smile beginning to form on his face.
"A...Alex?" I managed to say.

[Callie]

OOC: *pictures Alex Evans*

Ty

I looked between her and the guy, and when she said Alex, narrowed my eyes slightly at him. Who did he think he was, just coming back here after he left her alone?!

OOC: *pictures a mix of Alex Evans and Eli*

Rachel
"I've been looking for you," he said, his voice sounding husky. "But I was afraid to confront you." I didn't say a word as he continued. "I tried to call you, but I couldn't go through with it. Eventually, I got up the courage to find you."
I watched warily as he took a step toward me, his hands held up slightly in front of him cautiously. "Why did you leave?" I asked, getting right to what I wanted to hear.
Alex tilted his head to the side slightly, looking at me and then at Ty. "I heard that my brother might still be alive," he said quietly, refraining himself from saying too much. "I had to go look for him."
"And you couldn't tell me any of this?" I asked him bitterly.
Alex was silent, pondering for an answer.

[Callie]

Ty

"She has a point," I said, feeling slightly bitter. "You couldn't've just said 'hey, my brother could be alive and I have to go look for him, I'll be back'? Or that you wouldn't be back? Do you know what you've put her through?"

[JennyxEli]

Rachel
Alex glared at Ty, and I could practically feel the hate rays. "Excuse me, who are you?" he drawled. "As far as I know, you aren't concerned in any of this."

[Callie]

Ty

"I'm Ty, and Rachel's my -- friend," I said, stumbling over my words slightly. Even I didn't know what I'd almost said. Girlfriend?

[JennyxEli]

Rachel
I shot a curious glance at Ty, but found my eyes drawn back to Alex.
Alex snorted. "Right. Well, 'Ty', what goes on between me and Rachel has nothing to do with you, friend or not. So, you can just run along. Thanks for taking care of her for me. Buh-bye."

[Callie]

Ty

I glared slightly at him, then glanced over to Rachel. "I'll leave when she tells me to," I told Alex simply.

Rachel
I grimaced. I didn't want either of them to leave, to be honest. I was too afraid that I wouldn't see either of them again if they did. "Why did you come back?" I asked Alex softly.
"When I didn't have any luck finding Darren (OOC: ), I knew I had to come back and explain to you why I left. I cared about you too much not," Alex replied, and his face was so fall of raw emotion that I wanted to believe him.

[Callie]

OOC: Why the shifty after Darren? >.>

Ty

I almost opened my mouth to speak, but then bit my tongue to keep my thoughts to myself. This was up to Rachel to deal with, after all.

OOC: I was thinking of Darren Criss. xD I found it funny how I saw Alex like Eli and his brother liker Darren Criss. My two favorite guys. <3

Rachel
"I don't...I don't know what to say," I whispered.
Alex took one of my hands slowly in his, keeping his eyes on mine. "I never got the chance to tell you while I was with you..." he started, then took a breathe slowly. "But...I love you, Rachel."
I inhaled sharply. This was everything I had dreamed of. Everything I had ever wanted from him. So why was I saw hesitant to accept it? "I..."

[Callie]

OOC: Ahh, I see. PARKER'S NOT UP THERE WITH THEM?! D:

Ty

I found myself inhaling sharply too. I looked at the ground and took a step back, feeling awkward and... well, jealous.

"I...don't know what to say," I whispered.
Alex nodded once, not looking hurt in the slightest. "I get it. I just came back. You're still in shock. But I know you felt it too."
"You never showed it," I spoke up, feeling like I was suddenly blazing inside. "You just treated me like a friend. You can't spring this on me like this."
Alex looked at me in surprise. "I thought I exoressed my feelings well enough."
