I sighed, then wrapped my arms around Alexei in a tight hug. I miss and loved him, and I couldn't exactly comprehend that we had crossed paths again.

I laughed, "You just want Dad to think you're awesome, even though he doesn't even know we're his kids!"

Adrian

I nodded slightly, and walked over to the the new group by myself. "Need some help practicing?"

[Callie]

Kyle

"I can't really help that I am awesome," I told her matter-of-factly, turning to Uncle Adrian's... younger... self. God, this was so weird. "I don't think so," I said with a shrug, looking around at the others.

Alexei

I hugged her back and kissed her hair. I didn't really know what to say. My palms were sweating because I was so damn nervous, and I wasn't sure how she'd react if I told her I loved her. Had we said that earlier? I didn't know.

Adrian

"Well, I'm Adrian," I told them with a grin. "Who might you two gorgeous ladies be?"
The blonde girl laughed nervously, "Umm..."

Charlette

Were we even allowed to tell them our real names?

Elijah

"Bored of school yet?" I asked Dice with a laugh after I'd finished taking notes for the class.

Taryn

I managed to keep myself from making a horrifed face. The only thing that I could actually think of right now was that my dad was flirting with Char and I. That's just not right. "I'm Taryn," I said, not looking at him. I couldn't. "This is Charlette."

Dice

I chuckled under my breath, still taking notes. "Pretty much. I mean, I'm sure St. Vlad was a great guy, but I don't really give half a shit about his childhood, and I'm sure he wouldn't want us all up in his business."

"I've told you that I love you before, right?" I suddenly asked, pulling away slightly so I could look at him properly.

[Callie]

Alexei

"Um..." I should remember things like that, shouldn't I? I couldn't. "I don't think so," I said with a weak smile. "But even if you have, it couldn't hurt to hear it again."

Adrian

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Taryn and Charlette." I had to wonder who would name their kids that.

Elijah

I smirked, "Well, I guess we'll never go be saints, then."

Dice

"I think I've been out of the running for a while," I remarked.

Taryn

"You too, Adrian."

Margit

I smirked slightly. "Well yeah, I love you, Alexei."

[Ashley (;]

Adrian

"So... Some of my friends are going out tonight. You should come with us." Alright, that was a total lie, but I could always convince Christian to tag along.

Elijah

I let out a laugh, "It's alright, so have I."

[Callie]

Alexei

"I love you, too," I said, and kissed her gently on the lips.

Taryn

"Um..." I shrugged. "I think I'll pass. I need to get in some practicing tonight."
"Yeah; I'll join you," Kyle said with a nod.

Dice

"I feel slightly better, then," I said, finishing my notes up, too. I made a face at them. "Wonder what dear ol' Vlad's element was," I remarked thoughtfully. It didn't say.

Mason

"What a shame," Taryn's dad remarked with a small smirk, "Maybe tomorrow, then? Or I could teach you guys some new moves?"
Char looked back at me and Kyle with a horrified look, begging for help.
I sat up and glared at him, "Look, leave my girlfriend alone!"
He took a step back, "Which one's your girlfriend?"
"... Both of them."

Charlette

I resisted the urge to roll my eyes at Mason, while Uncle Adrian's eyes went wide, "Mind explaining how that works?"
"Blood whore pair," Mason replied quickly. He was good at quick excuses, just not so great at thinking them through.
"You're a Dhamphir..."

[Callie]

Kyle

"He means get away from my little sister" - I pointed to Char - "and his girlfriend." I pointed to Taryn.

Mason

"That's what I meant," I repeated, deciding to kiss Taryn softly to make a point. Who said I couldn't enjoy playing along?

Adrian

"Uhh, sorry, then," I muttered. I was never one to let another guy stand in the way of me and a girl I liked, but the one guy scared me, and this guy obviously was keeping an eye on the redhead girlfriend of his.

Elijah

"I better he's some kind of super ninja who masters all elements!" I told Dice with a fake gasp.

[Louise]

The corner of my lips curled into a small smile as I kissed him back; I missed this.

Taryn

My eyes went wide for a moment, and then I realized I should probably play along. Well... it didn't really hurt that Mason was pretty hot, either. So I kissed him back.

Kyle

"No problem," I said, biting back a smirk at Mason and Taryn.

Dice

I mimicked his gasp, then smirked. "That... is sort of awesome."

Alexei

"Did I tell you I missed you?" I murmured against her lips.

Mason

After her dad left, I pulled away with a smirk. "Man, your Present Dad would've killed me."

Elijah

"And I'm totally his great, great grandchild," I teased.

Dice

"Now I'm jealous," I said with a frown, crossing my arms.

Taryn

I laughed. "Yes, he would've. Sadly, this one was just hitting on me. I think I prefer the Present Day dad."

"You may have mentioned it a few times."

I let out a fake sigh, "Fine, you can be related to him."

Mason

"Not sure I could say the same," I remarked. "He doesn't scare me as much as he does when he's all... Guardian and Dad-like..."

"Ah. Well, naturally, I had to make sure," I said, and let go of her with a sigh. "I should get going..."

Dice

I just laughed. "As far as I know, I haven't mastered all four elements. So I don't think I can be."

Taryn

"Easy for you to say," I shot back. "He wasn't flirting with you." I trailed off, thinking to myself. "Now that you've told him that, you realize we'll have to keep up the act. Y'know... so he doesn't get suspicious." I bit back a smirk.

"Neither have I, unfortunately," I remarked with a frown. "But mark my words. We'll find that ninja one day, even if it's the last thing we do."

Mason

I nodded, "Does this mean we have to have sex, then?"
"I think I'd be even more concerned about your dad if he was flirting with Mason..." Char teased, before realizing what I'd said and making a disgusted face.

"Find St. Vlad?" I asked with a laugh.

Taryn

I shut my eyes and shook my head at him. "No. It does not." I bit back a that part is entirely optional.

"No, his long lost descendant! Why would I want to find some dead guy?"

Mason

"Well... I guess so," I remarked, pretending to think about it.

[Callie]

Dice

"That's what I was wondering," I said with a shrug.

Taryn

Nope, it wasn't working. "Well, see, the sex part is entirely optional," I told him with a serious nod.

Elijah

I laughed, "How many people do you know that look for dead guys in their spare time?"

Mason

"Oh, is it now?" I asked with a smirk.
"Eww!" Char added.

I pretended to think for a minute. "Not many."

Taryn

"Yes," I said with a nod, laughing at Char. "You sound like a twelve year old!"

Margit

I frowned and wrapped my arms around him again, then kissed him passionately. In all honesty, I didn't want him to go anywhere. I just wanted him to be with me.
