It's okay, I'm behind too. I've decided to go for 25k, but now I'm pushing myself farther, thanks to a couple pep talks from fellow writers. ^_^

I haven't been able to write anything for my NaNo all week, since I really need to work on my school work; since I'm so far behind in my new school. So 50,000 is a huuuge no-no xD

Because I love first person. xD But you don't have to if you don't want. And not her WHOLE backstory was in third. You could just do it like you did hers, have it in third until he can actually speak well and whatnot.

So I'm way behind on my NaNo. But I don't care, because I feel... inspired, you could say. Call it a mushy moment or something, but NaNo has "opened my eyes". I feel like even when it's over, I'll still be actually trying to write, instead of just giving up on my story because it got boring.

Or maybe I just needed to find the right plot to interest me.
