ooc: Ice Cream Popsicles Name: Temperance Lerman-Starr Age: 18 Picture:  Race: Crimson Powers: Tempy can completely change her appearance according to a boy's wildest dream girl, and can look like what a girl wants to be. This is sort of related to her dad's, since when she does this, boys tend to forget everything else. Tempy tends to be more flexible then an average human, and it doesn't hurt to do hard gymnastics positions. Location: Kikyo Career/Grade: 12 Bio: Temperance, or just Tempy, has lived with her dad her whole life. All she knows about her mom is that her name was Brooke and that she left shortly after Tempy and her twin sister Charity were born. Tempy can't even find a picture of her. It's very frustrating.Tempy does like her stepmom Claire, at least a little, but it's not the same as her real mom. Tempy is very close to her twin, and fairly close with Haven, too. Her best friend is Jonah, though, and she's thought of him differently for a while. Personality: Intelligent, always thinks ahead, quiet, outgoing. Other: Tempy looks a lot like Brett. Name: Bradie Woods Age: 17 Picture:  Race: Crimson Powers: Can send messages to other people through his mind (related to Annabeth's) and has wings. Location: Kiyko Career/Grade: 11 Bio: Bradie is the son of Annabeth Starr and Josh Woods. When he was born, there were major medical complications which caused Annabeth to lose half her blood and her ability to have more children. This means that Annabeth is seriously overprotective of Bradie. Especially since he has way-hard-to-hide wings. Annabeth's way afraid of Selena coming again and taking her little Bradie away. Bradie hates seeing his mom like that, so he takes special care to tuck in his wings very carefully and to wear baggy shirts and sweatshirts all the time. Nobody except his parents know about these wings. They started to grow as little nubs on his back when Bradie was six years old. Now they're full, 20 foot wing span wings. Personality: Quiet, reserved, doesn't like to draw attention to himself, shy, loyal, loving. Other: Annabeth did change her name, but she refused to change it fully--It's now Anna (first name) Beth (middle name.) Name: Archer Rivers Age: 18 Picture:  Race: Half-Crimson Powers: Archer is able to phase right through solid objects if he wants to. It makes him really tired, though. Location:Kikyo Career/Grade: 12 Bio: Archer is the son of Ellie Rivers and and an unknown Crimson, although, he's never seen his dad in real life before. Ellie talks about Dad to her remaining son freely, and she's very protective about him, having lost Archer's twin, Camden, when the two were still babies. Archer doesn't know he's a twin, though. Ellie would like to keep it that way. Personality: Quiet, direct, Reserved. Other: good at athletics. Contrary to popular belief, Archer and Camden's dad is not Brett. xD Name: Camden Sells Age: 18 Picture:  Race: Human Powers: None Location: Kikyo Career/Grade: Not in school. Bio: Camden was stolen right under his real mom's nose when he was just a few days old. He and Desiree, who he thought was his mom, hid out for the next few years. Desiree had serious mental problems, though. She eventually killed herself, with Camden watching. Camden started to wander the streets then, at the ripe old age of four. He stole money he needed to survive and he got a job when he was 14, and has been working hard ever since. He never had enough to send himself to school, though, since he was saving up to be able to rent an apartment. Personality: Outgoing, sarcastic, troubled, flirty. Other: Camden is Archer's twin. |

Name: Elijah Bailman-Starr Age: 17 years old Picture:  Race: Half-Crimson Powers: Superhuman intelligence. Location: Kiyko Career/Grade: In college to be a lawyer. Bio: Eli knows neither of his parents really expected him or wanted him, but they didn't get an abortion or give him up for adoption or something. Rory and Anna took care of him like they'd been wishing for him all along, though. So Eli's past was nothing special, nothing really boring. Well, maybe it was slightly boring. He was always bored in school, because he knew so much more than the others in his classes. Eli spent much of his time daydreaming. And when he turned ten, one of his friends was captured and killed for being a Crimson. From that day forward, Eli's wanted to be a lawyer, so he can bring justice for the Crimsons, even though he isn't one. Well, as far as he knows. Or anyone else. As far as the population is concerned, Eli's just a supergenius. Personality: Shy, intelligent, easygoing, caring, stubborn, pushy, determined. Other: The Starr is only still in his name because his mom refused to change her last name completely, and decided that she would hyphenate, if anything. He's usually called Eli instead of Elijah. Name: Julian Starr Age: 18 years old Picture:  Race: Crimson Powers: Controls weather; empathy. Location: Kiyko Career/Grade: 12th (Senior) Bio: Julian is the oldest of Tanner and Alicia's kids, and he was a complete surprise. His mom wasn't very happy, and Tanner got quite a telling-off for knocking her up. Even though he wasn't expected, Julian was still loved and doted on, at least. Julian's always been that fun, nice guy, who only occasionally gets into trouble. He's got quite a few friends, and he knows almost everyone. He has a tendency to trust almost anyone, which his little sister swears will get him into trouble someday. However, if there's one thing that makes Julian uptight, it's someone messing with Kendall. He hates people being stupid and getting her involved in it, even though she constantly tells him she can handle everything herself and can accept the consequences. Actually, Julian hates it when people are mean to Dustin, too, even though he knows for a fact that Dustin can take care of things. Julian just can't help but want to avenge his siblings when something like that happens. Personality: Friendly, excitable, kind, fun-loving, sarcastic, teasing, protective, trusting. Other: None. Location: Kiyko Career/Grade: 10th (Sophomore) Bio: Kendall, the youngest and only girl of Tanner and Alicia, is definitely the baby of the family. She was utterly spoiled while growing up, though she doesn't really act like it. Kendall knows people think she can't take care of herself just because she's a girl and younger than her brothers, but actually, she takes a lot after her mom, and can easily fool people with her innocent looks. Kendall doesn't trust very many people, but she'll talk to just about anyone. There are very few people that know the real her - how worried and scared she is for her entire family. She tries to hide all her emotions from them, which makes her hide them from herself. Kendall knows that if she can feel those emotions, so can Julian. Julian can feel and manipulate emotions, and Kendall hates it when he does, always trying to alter her permanent mood of irritation. Though she's not really irriated. As we discussed before, she's worried. She knows people are still looking for Crimsons, even if most of the population thinks they died out. Name: Ronnie Noir Age: 17 years old Picture:  Race: Crimson Powers: Invisibility; Duplication. Location: Near The Base Career/Grade: 11th (Junior) Bio: Ronnie takes much after her mother, in looks and in personality, but she has her father's power of invisibility. She's a wild child, and can usually be found anywhere but home, even though she gets along with her parents fine. Well, usually. It kind of annoys them when she doesn't come home from a party until two AM and has school the next day, but they know about her problem, so they don't mind as much. When Ronnie isn't dancing or illegally drinking, she's probably flirting and teasing some guy out of his mind. She's good at that - driving guys crazy. She has that same confidence thing Lily had going with Jayden, and if Ronnie wants something... well, she can be very persuasive. Outside her immediate family, she absolutely loves hanging out with her Aunt Chrys or her cousin Damon. Mostly because Ronnie loves people, but the sarcastic ones are the best. Therefore, Damon and Chrys. However, her best friend is Sapphire. They hang out a lot, and Sapphire recruited Ronnie for this thing called the rebels. All Ronnie really gets is that it's for people who are like... against the imprisonment of Crimsons. That's really all she knows, but if Sapphire thinks it might help or something, Ronnie's all for it. Personality: Sarcastic, a tease, partier, fun-loving, outgoing, flirty, joking, rebellious, loud. Other: She has insomnia. Name: Trace Johnson Age: 17 years old Picture:  Race: Half-Crimson Powers: Psionic blast. Location: Kiyko Career/Grade: 11th (Junior) Bio: Trace is the only child of Cal and Kiri, His older sister's Rachel, but she disappeared a few years back. He doesn't know if she was afraid or what. She just... left. He woke up one morning and she was gone. That was three years ago, though, and the past is the past. Trace can still remember his parents crying. They were distraught, even though Kiri didn't actually give birth to Rachel. Honestly, Trace has no idea how things would be if Rach had stayed. Would they be... cheerier? Would Cal not work so much? He has no idea, but he absolutely hates the sadness that's constantly present in the house these days. Trace spends a lot of his time downtown with the bad kids that your mom always told you to stay away from, and he covers up his own sadness with jokes and flirting. Like Kendall, there are very few people that know the real Trace. What happened to Rachel remains a mystery to the rest of Kiyko, as well. They think she just moved, but Trace knows she disappeared, and that she's not coming back. Personality: Flirty, outgoing, daredevil, trustworthy, loyal, sarcastic, joking, mischievious. Other: None. Name: Rachel Johnson Age: 23 years old Picture:  Race: Half-Crimson Powers: Can control earth. Location: Unknown. Career/Grade: Escape Artist Bio: Rachel left Kiyko for her own reasons, and no one knows what they are; she doesn't share much about herself. The world outside Kiyko is harsh, and there are a lot of people that go solo, hunting for Crimsons to kill them. Rachel's job is to help them get away without being caught. Only the Crimsons she's rescued know she does this. She's a solo job sort of person, and she doesn't really work well with others. It's just better if you listen to her when she tells you to do something. Personality: Mischievious, determined, stubborn, sarcastic, helpful, fiery, protective. Other: She used to be called Rach, but no one's called her that since she left home. Name: Tuesday Age: 18 years old Picture:  Race: Crimson Powers: Telepathy; telekinesis. Location: Kiyko Career/Grade: 12th (Senior) Bio: Tuesday lives with her dad a little bit away from the school. Her life is boring, for the most part, and she usually has the headphones of her iPod in her ears to drown out people's thoughts. Sometimes it comes in handy, but other times, she learns much she never wished she knew. She has a tendency to not trust people, too, and, while she can be talkative, she usually isn't. Tuesday also doesn't share much about her home life, so no one actually knows that her mom was murdered five years ago for being a Crimson. She doesn't plan on telling them. But that's mostly because then they'd make the connection or try to get all in her business and feel sorry for her or something. Tuesday hates it when people do that. I groaned as I successfully managed to wear my breakfast instead of eating it. I frowned and got off the couch, putting my cereal on the coffee table and walking to my room. It was lucky that I was still in my pajamas, so I simply scanned through my wardrobe, looking for my work uniform. I had to take an extra shift, which kind of stunk, but was neccesary if I wanted to have Friday off. I had an exam that day.

"I'm going shopping, Damon," someone shouted from downstairs. I groaned something in return, annoyed that I was close to waking up. I heard footsteps and finally someone opened my door. "You have to clean today," my mom said. I groaned again but I heard more footsteps and suddenly the room was filled with light.
"Mom!"
"Yeah, I dare you to try and sleep now." She closed the door again and a few minutes later I heard her car drive away. I muttered. I could just go up and close the blinds, but then I would be up already and then I couldn't be able to fall asleep.

I groaned as I rolled over in bed, debating on whether I should get out of bed or not. I decided no was the answer here when I saw that it was 8 AM. I rolled back over and put my hand to my head - evidently I'd partied too hard last night. Except now the fucking birds were chirping and I couldn't get back to sleep. I heaved a loud sigh, as if they'd care, and got out of bed, getting in the shower to wake myself up, all the while thinking four hours of fucking sleep... Stupid insomnia.

I stepped out of the shower, grabbed my things off my bed, and headed for the door. "Bye," I said to my roommate before leaving the dorms and getting in the taxi waiting for me. I had some time off from college, so I'd promised Mom and Dad that I'd go to see them, as well as my cousins, if I had time.

Poring over report papers was never any fun. If I'd learned anything over the last three years, it was this. Why did I torture myself with planning and plotting, you ask? Because I knew damn well I'd get caught and killed if I didn't.

After changing clothes, I decided that I would once again attempt to eat my breakfast. I rushed downstairs and sat back on the couch, and began to consume my food. Miracously, I didn't spill it again. I was a bit of a slob when it came to food...watching me eat was not a pretty sight.

I got out of the shower and put some clothes on, yawning. I noticed I had a text and made a face. Hell if i am, i only got 4 hours of sleep. I texted him back then flopped onto my bed and stared at the ceiling, trying to fall back to sleep and failing.

I sighed and made a face at the text. Fine. A soft pretzel, and we go to see Sapphire, and take Logan with us. I texted back, then got out of bed and crept into the living room, putting my shoes on. I knew it was too early for Mom to be awake, but I wasn't sure about Dad, so I went invisible just in case.

I heard someone shutting a door and bolted awake. Dad was probably awake. I sighed and rubbed my eyes sleepily, sitting up in my bed. Mornings were not my thing.

I slept with my back to the wall, very deep asleep. My door burst open; "Bradie?!" Mom called. "Time to get up, kid." She said taking the blanket off my body. I opened my eyes slowly. "What have I told you about sleeping shirtless?" She asked sternly. I made a face. "Moooom, I got home kinda late last night and I was too tired." She shook her head. "Don't let it happened again."

I didn't want to wake up this early, so I threw the nearest object I felt at him, which happened to be my alarm clock. It detached from the wall, but fell short of hitting him. Damn. "Jeez, alright, I'll let you sleep." I flipped him off as he shut the door again.
