I hopped out of the car before Blaze had even put it in reverse. Carter had managed to squish himself in between me and Harmony in the back, spending the whole car ride either checking out Harmony or trying to make out with me.
The first kiss stole the breath from my lips, why did the last one tear us apart?
"Small," I commented when Jay had parked him motorcycle and shrugged. "Maybe you'll get rabid fans to come in that'll get to touch you guys and they'll be all happy and squeal like little girls," he said with a slight smirk, heading inside. I followed him, and Isaiah followed me. "You looked overjoyed back there," he observed. I rolled my eyes. "Oh, you could tell?" "Oh yes, you were positively glowing with happiness while Carter checked you out," Isaiah said with a grin. "Ben! I have new talent for you to dissect," Jay called. An old guy came out from some door and arched an eyebrow at us. "Aren't you all too young to be in here? And Jay, don't make me tell your dad." he smirked. Jay scoffed. "Right. 'Coz he'll care. He might bitch at you for not giving me any beer, but that's it." "And we're all 21," Isaiah added. "If you can show me at least one ID, maybe I'll believe you." Isaiah grinned and took out an ID. The old guy started laughing. "Aren't you tricky? One problem, though. The back." Isaiah smiled sheepishly. "I know. I was hoping you wouldn't notice." On the back it said in big letters, THIS IS NOT A REAL ID. "I wouldn't have if I didn't flip it over. And let's hear this new talent of yours then, Jay," the old guy said, leaning back and smiling.
sup kids? i'm still on the internet if you're looking for me. reach me through my email on my page, my tumblr, or my twitter which is your best bet.
I smirked at her. "Do you want the words on the back, too? 'Coz I could've had a better one made, I'm just too lazy and I think it's entertaining."
Jay
"Nervous?" I asked Harmony, following her over to the microphone. "Not at all," she answered. I smirked. "Liar." "There aren't that many people here. I have no reason to be nervous." And she was right. There were only about four other guys in here besides us, and I was pretty sure they lived in the alley outside the bar or something, because they were always here. I ran over to the door, leaned out, and shouted as loud as I could, "FREE BEER! NEW ENTERTAINMENT" then walked back to Harmony, smirking slightly at her. Her eyes were wide and I took a step back, because I was pretty sure she might throttle me if I stayed that close to her. "I can't... I can't sing in front of... people." From the look on her face, I knew she knew how stupid that sounded, but she made a face and shut her eyes like she was trying to concentrate. I almost felt bad, then realized I was actually helping her in a way. If she wanted to be famous, she'd have to be able to perform in front of a crowd.
"It would be as amazing without the words on the back," I told him matter-of-factly.
Blaze
I walked over to Harmony, "I know it seems like killing Jay would be a good idea right now, but you want to at least try? You're going to just as great as you did at Carter's."
The first kiss stole the breath from my lips, why did the last one tear us apart?
"Yeah, good idea, my parents might not be as forgiving as I am," I told him with a grin. "Bye Blade!" I chirped and opened up the door, waiting for Smokkey.
Harmony
I took a deep breath. "Obviously I'm gonna try, I just... I can't guarantee it'll be any good. I'm terrible with big crowds."
Blade I waved too and stood in the hospital for a second, before walking away to find a different exit. Smokkey I followed, still walking and stumbling like a drunk person.
I really wanted to hug her now and say she'd do great, but I decided against it and just smiled, "You're right. It won't be the same as earlier. It'll be better."
Alyssa
I turned around to Jay and batted my eyelashes at him, "Buy me a drink, my favorite cousin?"

I laughed. "Don't bat your eyelashes at me. That's like... incest." But I ordered a beer anyways and slid it over to Alyssa. "Now leave me alone, because I'm not stupid enough to think that I'm actually your favorite cousin. And that hurts my feelings."
Harmony
I sighed. "You don't take no for an answer, do you?" I asked, and headed over to the microphone. The Ben guy was up there now, and he walked over to Blaze. "You need an introduction?" he asked.

I grinned and took the beer, "But you actually are my favorite cousin. I'm quite sure that Mom's an only child and Uncle Sin is Dad's only brother. So unless one of our parents had a secret affair, we're each other's favorite cousins. Blaze and Crystelle just aren't cool enough."
Blaze
I glanced back at Harmony and Carter. We'd never actually come up with a name. When we'd finally gotten an actual band set up, the main singer ended up in juvy a couple weeks ago.

I walked home and quickly dumped my bag in the living room, then began to walk out again. My foster mother, Mary, stopped me when I got to the door. "You just got home!" She complained. "Where the hell do you think you're going?" I smirked at her, and flashed my fake ID. "Out." She frowned. "You should stay home for a while," she told me. I pushed past her and walked out of the building. "Nah, I'm good. Cya."
Smokkey I frowned and rocked back and forth on the balls of my feet to the heels. "Smokkey, you can count on being grounded. I dunno how long. Hayden..." She looked indecisive. "I'm not sure...from what I can figure out, you came out of school to clean up Smokkey's mess, not this crap about her being passed out the whole day." She shrugged. "I'll figure out something later. But Smokkey, you can go to your room." I looked at her, then did go in my room as I was told. It was not good to defy Mom when she was angry like this.
After walking around town for a while, I found a bar that was still open. I flashed my ID again and walked in. I decided to just order a beer - I didn't want to drink much.
"Use it on Fred; I don't think he'd mind." I smirked. He opened his mouth in fake surprise, then grinned. "Alyssa knows she doesn't have to use her feminine charm to make me think she's gorgeous."
Harmony
"I wanna retry the one from class," I said with a small smile. "And louder this time. Hopefully."
Hayden
I frowned slightly, and headed to my room, too. I really didn't want Mom to start interrogating me while she was like this. I could only hold in my smartass nature for so long.
