"You should help," I told Juliette, grinning as I picked up the duct tape and started taping the house together. "What are the next instructions?"

"Well, everyone that's not taping the house together should draw a replica of themselves on one of the paper dolls," I said.

"What paper dolls?" I asked Kata, who just pointed to the box. I reached in and drew out a bunch of blank dolls. There was one already filled in, though - a tall guy with white hair and weird blue eyes. Two others were also filled in, but they weren't regularly shaped. Like a deformed wolf and snake. "What are these ones for?" I asked, looking up to Kata again.

"Well, the snake is the Creeper, the wolf is the Lurker, and they're the companions of the Shadow Man, that one," I said, pointing each out as I explained who each was and waiting for the others to ask what they were for.

I went to grab one of the blank dolls, but stopped in my tracks as I saw the one that Kata had described as the Shadow Man. He looked exactly like the cashier at the store; spitting image. It gave me the creeps, although I tried not to let it show.

I grabbed one of the dolls too, and artfully drew myself. Huh. It didn't actually look that bad.

"What's wrong?" I asked Natalia quietly, noticing how she'd frozen up. I took one of the paper dolls and set it down next to me.

I waited impatiently before Christian asked the magic question: "So what do they all do?"
I flashed one of my barbaric grins around before I looked back at the instructions. "Well, supposedly the Creeper and the Lurker wander around the rooms and you're supposed to not let them get you, but the Shadow Man - here, let me just read it to you. If he catches you, he'll 'bring to life your darkest fantasies and make you confess your most secret fears'."
"How would he know our most secret fears?"
"We have to draw those on a piece of paper, too. They'll all be place in different rooms of the house, and the object of the Game is to get to the top of the house. The turret."

After that, I set the paper down and smiled slightly, starting to draw myself.
"Kata, I think you're freaking Lia out," Devantae said, frowning a bit as he drew his own features on the paper doll.
I frowned too, looking up to Natalia. "Sorry, Sunshine," I apologized hastily. "You know how I get with these types of games."

I handed her a piece of paper, since I was already at work again. "Now you have to draw your worst nightmare," I said, looking over to Kata, who'd also finished her doll. I had to wonder what she was drawing. I didn't know that anything scared Kata. Or Michael. Or Devantae.

I took a piece of paper and began to quickly draw my nightmare. I folded the paper once I had finished - I didn't want anyone to know what I was afraid of. I'd been having the same nightmare for years now, but I never told anyone. Besides, it wasn't real, right? It wasn't anything to worry about. It was why I had been pushing it into my back of my mind, and trying to forget it. It never worked, though.
