I laid down on my bed for a moment before I got up and hauled my suitcase out of the closet, packing up my things. I had to leave later, right? Why not pack? I couldn't, though. I slumped to the floor, leaned against the wall, and shut my eyes. Why did it have to affect me so goddamn much? I was supposed to be stronger than this.

I pulled her closer to deepen the kiss, trying not to admit how much I liked this. Ah, screw it. I'd been feeling something for Jaimie since all the time I spent practicing with her, though I hadn't planned on acting on it.
