I walked up to the Guardian at the gate, "Have you seen Cadence Badica at all lately?"
He thought for a moment, "Yeah, she was a group of kids going out on a rescue mission. For you... actually."
"So she came back?"
"No, I'm sorry, Miss Badica, but they came back with you and I didn't see her."

Trent
"Alright, you go in and I'll stand outside and hold your purse," I told her sarcastically.

[Callie]

Adrienne

"A purse might actually work, if I had one," I said with a smirk. Then I looked around and spotted a hobo. I took my stuff over to him, keeping it in the bags. "Think you can keep this stuff for me? I'll give you one grand to hold it and just leave it alone until we come back."
The guy's eyes shone, and he nodded vigorously.
"Alright. I'll give you the money when we get back," I told him, and we shook on it. I went back over to Trent and grinned. "Problem solved."

Trent
I shrugged, "Hobo Guy might pick drugs over a grand but by all means, let's go inside."

Elysia
There was no way Cadence was out there looking for me. This was all my fault! "I need to get outside," I told him urgently.
"Sorry, Miss Badica, I was told not to let anyone out unless given permission today."
I knew I'd get in a hell of a lot of trouble but I decided for once in my life to break a rule. "You want to let me outside the gates," I told him using compulsion.

[Callie]

Adrienne

"Then we'll just buy more," I told him with a shrug. "Would you feel more comfortable if I used compulsion on him?" I asked, arching an eyebrow at him.

[Ashley (;]

Trent
"Ehh, let's just go inside." I honestly didn't like the compulsion shit.

Elysia
The guard smirked slightly, "Sorry, Miss Badica, you're going to have to better than that."
"I could use my other powers on you," I said seriously, referring to my Water element.

[Louise]

Rosetta

I shook my head and just began to walk to my room again.

Margit

I nodded. "Australia's pretty far away too," I commented.

[Callie]

Adrienne

"Yeah, I didn't much like the idea, either," I said with a small smile. "So, where to first?"

Zaiden

I decided to go and try to find her, but realized that she never stayed in one place for more than two minutes, so I tried to think like Elysia. I ended up outside, and found her by the gates. "I'm sorry, Elysia," I told her, frowning slightly. I needed to apologize. And I didn't know what she was trying to do now, but it probably wasn't anything good.

Alexei

I shrugged. "Sort of. There wasn't really much to stick around for, though."

Elysia
"For what?" I asked quietly, trying to remember the spell Cadence told me worked best.

I grinned, "Beer."

[Louise]

Margit

"Well, my sister is at the Academy, so I decided to join her here..." I trailed off. Maybe I shouldn't be telling him my life story. Not now, anyway.

[Callie]

Zaiden

"I don't know. For whatever I did to make you mad, or to make you think I don't care. Because I do," I told her, frowning slightly.

Adrienne

I grinned. "Good choice," I said, running down the aisle to find it. There were a lot of brands there, and I honestly didn't mind what we got. Beer was beer.

Alexei

"Yeah..." I said awkwardly, looking at her closely. "What... happened?" I asked her, tilting my head at the bruises on her neck. My jaw clenched immediately, as it always did around those who had bruises there. How could someone do that to them?

[Louise]

Margit

When I realized what he was talking about, I shook my head. "Don't worry about it," I told him. I already gotten Damon to beat up Erik over it, and Alexei was starting to look kind of pissed...so I didn't want to get him involved.

[Callie]

Alexei

"It's reflex," I said, walking over closer to her and gently touching the bruises. "Who did this to you?"

[Louise]

Margit

I winced a bit when he touched them. "Erik Drozdov," I told him.

[Callie]

Alexei

I frowned. I'd heard of him before. "I heard he's a jackass," I told her with a small smile. "Are the rumors right?"

[Louise]

Margit

I nodded. "The rumours definately are true."

[Callie]

Alexei

"Good to know. I'll keep my distance. So... is there anything remotely interesting to do around here?" I asked her curiously, feeling kind of bored now that we'd run out of things to talk about and I couldn't kill Erik Drozdov at the moment.

[Louise]

ooc: Cue Erik to walk in...

Margit

I shrugged. "I'm not sure. I'm just looking around the place at the moment," I replied.

[Callie]

Erik

Bored, I walked around, eventually coming across Margit again. I ignored the guy she was with and the scowl he gave me, and wrapped my arms around her from behind. "Hey, baby," I cooed. "What are you up to? Up for another round in the bedroom?" I said, waggling my eyebrows suggestively.

[Louise]

Margit

I wriggled out of Erik's grip and scowled at him. "Hell no," I retorted.

[Ashley (;]

Elysia
I bit my lip. Part of me wanted him to mean that in another way but I shook it off. "I'm not mad at you. But, uhh, thanks."

Trent
I picked up a random brand I'd never heard of. "This is the best kind," I told her with a smirk.

[Callie]

Adrienne

"Throw it in the cart then," I said, gesturing to the empty cart behind us and shrugging. "Beer's beer."

Erik

"Aw, c'mon, you know you want to," I said, smiling seductively at her.

Alexei

"She said no, mate," I told him firmly. "Or did you not understand her?"
"Look, was I talking to you?"
"Does it matter? Just leave her alone and accept that she doesn't want to screw you," I told him coldly.
"Oh yeah? And what are you gonna do to make me leave?" he asked, narrowing his eyes at me.
I glared at him and took him by the shoulders, shoving him into the nearby wall.
"Leave. Her. Alone," I hissed before punching him in the face and letting him go.
When I saw him unconscious on the ground, I decided that maybe I'd overreacted.

Zaiden

"Yeah..." I said awkwardly.

[Louise]

Margit

My eyes widened as Erik fell to the ground, unconcious. "Holy shit," was all I could say.

[Ashley (;]

Elysia
"I should... go..." I murmured starting to walk past the guard. He grabbed my arm and pulled me toughly back, "You're not going anywhere, Miss Badica. I will use force if I have to. I don't want you to end up unconscious."

[Callie]

Alexei

"Oh..." I cursed under my breath and put my head in my hands. I seriously needed to get a better handle on myself when it came to stuff like this. If something hadn't ever happened to Mum like this, then maybe I wouldn't be so bad.

Zaiden

"How would she end up unconscious?" I asked curiously, feeling sort of stupid.

[Louise]

Margit

I leaned against the wall and stayed silent for a while. "...you didn't have to do that, you know...I could've taken care of myself," I eventually murmured. Why did he do that, anyway?

[Callie]

Alexei

"Sorry. Another reflex," I said. It was a weak excuse, but it pretty much was. I just hated seeing women getting mistreated. It made me think of my mum, and these were memories I did not want to revisit.

[Ashley (;]

Guardian
"If she goes on some rescue mission for her sister, she's going to get herself killed. If that means knocking her out and dragging her back to her room to get her to stay here, that's not my problem.

Elysia
"You wouldn't knock out a Royal," I told him dryly.
"Step past me again and you'll get a demonstration."

[Louise]

Margit

I pursed my lips and stayed quiet. I had nothing to say.

[Callie]

Zaiden

"I think you should listen to him, Elysia. I don't think he's joking around," I told her seriously, looking at the bulky guy. He could easily knock either of us out.

Alexei

"I'm just... I'm gonna go," I said quietly. "I'll see you around, Margit," I added, walking down the hallway. I needed to get some peace, I needed to think.

[Louise]

Margit

I frowned. "Ok," I murmured. I stayed there for a while, but then decided to get away from Erik before he became concious again and tried to rape me or something.
