"I'm honored," Alicia smiled, kissing me on the cheek, "Now I have to go burn my lips."

"I'm pretty sure you just got owned," I told Tanner with a smirk.
"Not as bad as your mom did last night."
I groaned. Not that. "FYI: We hve the same mom, dipshit."

Alicia
I laughed, "At least you tried. I'm Alicia, by the way," I told the guy, holding my hand out.

Josh
"Wow, Alicia! Shaking peoples' hands? You're getting nicer already!"

I poked his shoulder. "Do you seem to want more living hell, Josh?" I asked, jumping down from his back, since my legs had started to hurt.

Alicia I grinned and tilted my head back to where AnnaBeth and Josh were, "Oh you're just jealous I'm alone with him most of the day."

Annabeth
I blushed bright red and let my hair fall into my face so it would hide it. "No I'm not." I mumbled.

I smirked, "Oh, like he wouldn't let you sleepover too."
"Woah! That was perverted, even for you, Licia," Josh sent me a look to shut up.
"Oh, I forgot. You're not into polygamy."
"And there's no way in hell I'd marry you."
"Glad we have an understanding on something."

Annabeth
Like he'd marry me either. He didn't like me that much. I looked up when my cheeks returned to a slight pink.
Brett
When I got to Brooke's house the door was open, with two new people. "Uhh...hi?" I tried, looking for Brooke. I smiled at her.

Annabeth
"You say one thing about that Brooke and you'll find yourself locked in a dark and cold basement." I threatened crossing my arms, trying not to blush again.
Brett
I smiled against her lips. "Good morning Brooke." I hugged her close to me.

Annabeth
I smirked. "No, not that, but what I thought. Interrupting's not polite, Josh!" I shook my head a little. "Well, Anna and Tanner, we're still minors who have to go to school--Thank God its the last day though. We'll see you around I guess?" I shrugged. Probably not, considering Claire was onto us nowadays and Selena was just Selena...
Brett
"That's right, Brooke, you should go to school. I'll pick you up after. OK?" I asked smiling down at her.

Brett
I froze for a second, then put my arm around her waist protectively. "Who is?"
Annabeth
I promptly did a facepalm. "Did you call him or something Brooke? Did you???"

Brett
I fought to not punch him. I just took Brooke from his arms and put her behind me. "Excuse me, Logan," I said his name with disgust, "But Brooke is my girl."
Annabeth
I smiled a little bit. Wouldn't Logan get a surprise when he found out Brooke was pregnant--and NOT with him?

Brett
I clenched my teeth together. "C'mon, Brooke, I'll take you to school." I said stonily. I kept my arm around her shoulders as I walked.
Annabeth
I walked out behind them, without looking at Logan. "Don't even try to hit on me, Logan." I said simply.

Brett
I sighed. "Alright. Just...be careful." I said smiling wearily at her. She needed to, after all, with that guy around.
Annabeth
"Josh. Coming?" I asked, turning around to see if he was still in the house. Yup.

Annabeth
I made a face. "Hey, I don't like riding on everyone's back." I said defensively, grabbing my bag too and slinging it on my shoulder. "Bye Brett and Alicia." I said with a little wave and I walked on.
Brett
I sighed deeply. Brooke was going to get in trouble and i knew it. But I couldn't do anythign about it.

Annabeth
I bit my tongue so I wouldn't make what I said more wrong. I was silent the entire way. THing was I didn't miss Logan. Not one bit.

Annabeth
"Bullshit you're cooler." I mumbled, looking back at Josh. "Because you're not the son of a scientist, that's why."

I smiled. "If I was, the goody-two shoes-ness would stop right away. And Logan would never come near again." I grinned at the thought.

He was catching up to me since I was still slow in my cast. Ugh. "Yeah? What?" I asked, rolling my eyes at Brooke and Logan. Brett totally deserved better. "Just Friends" didn't moon over each other like that.

I stopped where I was for a second, and looked back at him, a blush creeping onto my cheeks. "Uh...." I paused, then smiled at him. "Okay. Yes."

I looked back ahead. "I have English first thing." I said simply. Why wasn't he hugging me or something? Wasn't that what people did when their crush accepted a date?

I grinned, letting him do so. I turned to face him and just kissed him--on the lips. I had to stand on my one tiptoe since my other foot was in a huge cast, of course. I had to sink back down quickly since I would have fallen if I stayed longer. "Sounds good." I whispered softly.

"Guess I'm stuck with you again," I muttered, walking into their house.
"You'll get over it," Tanner assured me.

I was in a little happy daze but followed after Josh.

I shrugged and grinned. "If you have nothing better to do," I answered. "I'm Tanner, by the way."

I sat down in my usual spot, which was still next to Josh. I looked down at my book and notebook. The teacher came in.
"Hello, I'm your sub, Henry Atheron. Mr Atherton." he seemed to smile jsut at me. "Would you please all hand your books up front?"

Annabeth
I looked down and I saw he looked at the rest of the class. I handed my book up. "Well, since it's the last day...free talking period now." he shrugged with a grin. The class made a few "Yes"'s and "Yay"'s and I looked at Josh. Did he notice how that teacher acted, too?

Annabeth
I nodded in agreement and scooted my desk closer to his, so our knees were touching. That wasn't planned. The rest of the class followed suit and created groups. "Uh, you noticed too? That he was staring at (A) my chest and (B) my legs?" I whispered.

I just rolled my eyes. I was having a blank today, apparently.
