"Um... dunno." I took her hand briefly and scanned the future, jumping back. "What's with the kid with Annabeth and Josh?" I asked, confused.

"I'm not as stressed, but a drink definitely wouldn't hurt. I'll even buy. You want one, too?" I asked, looking over to him. Well, now that I had money...

"Is that a question? Hell yes I do." I grinned and sat down on the stool.

"I'm gonna get dressed before someone walks in on us." I told him, crawling out of bed and pulling my clothes on.

I bought us each a beer, then slid his over to him, sitting down at the bar. "So what brings you here? Drinking out of celebration or drowning your sorrows?"

Rory
"Ah, more like bored to death." I smirked, and took a huge swig.

Anna

"Another good reason," I said with a nod and a wry smile.

"Are you drinking away worries again?" I asked, setting the bottle back on the counter for a second.

I shook my head. "Not really. I think we're sharing your reason."

"Ahhhh. Well," I said, downing the last bit of the bottle. "Next one's on me."

Anna

"No argument there," I said with a grin, downing the last of my beer. "So how old are you, Rory?" I asked as the bartender walked off. There. Now we wouldn't get in trouble for underage drinking. Well, I wouldn't, but Rory didn't look quite 21, either.

I shrugged, "Brooke's kid, maybe?"

"Good idea," I said with a small smirk as I got dressed.

I shrugged too. "Maybe. It looks like her, but not like Brett."

"Well... maybe it's a Brooke clone. We'll hope for Munchkin's sake it's a girl then," I paused and raised an eyebrow, "So what does that have to do with my future? I am not playing babysitter."

"I dunno; it's some sort of group gathering or whatever. Maybe we all turned into superheroes overnight?" I suggested dryly.

I put my hands behind my head and streched a minute. No one around, good. "Nineteen," I said quietly. "You?"

I streched out for a minute and then sighed happily.

"Anybody home?" I called as I walked through the front door. I didn't see Anna or Tanner. Where'd they run off to?

I walked in behind Brooke. "Annabeth?" I called. I knew she was still home.

"Well, not a minute too late." I said with a smirk,buttoning the jeans. "We're here!" I looked at Josh. Hopefully, they didn't guess what had happened.

I laughed and walked downstairs. "Hey, you're back." Brooke stared at me suspiciously, "What have you two been up to? And why is your shirt backwards?..."

"I tried to run away and he caught me before I could." I said bluntly walking down the stairs. "Then he went home to change his clothes. And apparently didn't do that too well." I smirked.

I nodded quickly hoping Brooke would stop narrowing her eyes at the both of us. I seriously sucked at keeping secrets from her.

"God, Brooke, would you stop looking so suspicious? We didn't do anything." I said, annoyed that she suspected us still.

"I think they've passed the test, Brooke," I said smiling a little.
