I turned to look at Kyle, and frowned when I realized he was asleep.

I heard a knock on the door. I stumbled up and opened it. "I spent an hour cooking that meal so you need to come downstairs and eat--" she begun to lecture me but her eyes were drawn to the picture in my hand. "What is that?" she said but before I could respond she ripped it out of my hand.

Ciana

After just sitting there in silence for a while, I stood up and walked over to Kyle, who was sleeping on the other bed. I layed down next to him and hugged him tightly. I felt at peace being with him.

Katie

I sat in my room on my bed and read the new script I had been sent.

Kiyan

I sat in the grounds and sighed looking around I was bored stiff.

Amelia

I walked past some moving pictures and frowned when they began leaving thier frames "Oh god." I began to run down the hallway.

Brad

I put the small lion cub back into the picture and headed into the hallway making most of the pictures I passed come to life.

Kyle

I dreamt that I was the king of a castle. I was sitting on a couch and my princess came running in, she threw her arms around me and hugged me tightly. I laid my arms around her and hugged her back.

Kayne

"Is that... that Cora chick? And you? Explain, Kayne," she rambled on. "It was a long time ago," i told her and snapped the picture back.
"I take it you saw that she died then? She was just a fake celebrity so I don't get why they have the story on the news." She turned around and proceeded to walk downstairs. "Take it back!" I shouted at her.

I closed my eyes and just layed there, eventually falling asleep next to him.

[Callie]

Avery

I grinned. "I guess so..." I said slowly.

Cooper

I just raised an eyebrow at her. "Don't bring me into this. I could be really obnoxious and tell him what you're thinking right now."

Kyle

After a while I woke up and quickly realized that Ciana was laying next to me and that I had my arm around her. I just raised an eyebrow, wondering when that had happened.

Angel

I rolled my eyes at him, but subconsciously tried to control my thoughts. "Alright, fine, I'll go out with you," I said after I turned back to Damon.

Elijah

I laughed. "Though, food fights are good ice breakers."

Kayne

"Why? You love her?" she said sarcastically. I followed her down the stairs, opening and closing my mouth as I decided what I wanted to say. "I did, but now I don't know." She turned around, scowling me.
"We dated and then we decided we hated each other's guts," I added as I crossed my arms over my chest.

He doesn't really get along with Damian, and Avery thinks it's because they're so alike... minus the playerness with Damian. Damian's always been a flirt, but never a player. Gabe, on the other hand, has some new girl eating out of his hand almost every night. Gabe doesn't really have a designated home, or, according to him, a last name. You know that his name is Gabe, he plays the bass guitar, and he's 17. That's all you need to know.

I laughed and smirked slightly at him. "True enough."

Damian

I smiled broadly at her. "Great. I'll let you pick the date. I'm free whenever."
Cooper shot me a look.
"What?" I asked innocently.
"First off, Avery wants to practice tonight, and second, control your thoughts. For my sake."
I stuck my tongue out. "Fine. I'm not free tonight, and second, get outta my head then."

Gabe

I headed into the cafeteria and grinned. "Seriously, Cooper. Can't be as bad as my head, can it?" I asked him, smirking.
"Gabe? Jesus, what are you doing here?" he asked, hugging me for a moment.
"I'm 'special' too. Just not in the way Damian is."
Damian grimaced. "Oh man, I missed you, Gabe."
"Ditto, man. Who's the sexy one?" I asked, looking over to the girl near us. "And where's Avery?"
"Talking to some guy," Cooper answered.
"I'll have to fix that later."
"Oh, Jesus Christ," Damian mumbled, rolling his eyes. "And this is Angel." I didn't get why he cared if I was after Avery. He'd had plenty of chances to stake dibs on her if he wanted her, but he hadn't. I was.

I smirked. "You wanna go back to your friends? I must have interrupted your lunch, if you're still hungry."

Angel

I looked at the new guy, Gabe, curiously. "Hi," I said to him and then turned to Damian. "Theres no rush, we can decide when tomorrow."

I stirred and opened my eyes, seeing Kyle with his arm around me. I smiled briefly, then closed my eyes agsin.

Kyle

"You want to sleep some more?" I murmured softly.

Kayne

"Well maybe you should kill yourself, then you can spend the rest of eternity with he," she screamed and slammed the kitchen door. I knew she was annoyed, if not jealous but it was wrong that some part of me thought that her suggestion was a good solution. God, what am I thinking?! I just missed her and it felt like I wasted twenty years of my life being stubborn because she dumped me. I always thought that the best thing for my family was to be married and work, but it wasn't.
I opened the kitchen door and looked at her, she glared back. "I want a divorce," I told her calmly.

Damian

I grinned. "Alright, I'll come find you," I said as Gabe walked off. I rolled my eyes, and Cooper didn't look very happy, either. I had the feeling while he liked Gabe, he wanted him to keep his filthy hands off his cousin.

Avery

I shook my head. "Nah, I'm full," I said, whirling around when I heard footsteps. "Gabe," I murmured, raising my eyebrows in confusion. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm special too," he exclaimed, looking Elijah over. "Who's this?"
"This is Elijah. Elijah, this is my friend, Gabe," I said, looking over at Gabe as he put an arm around me, which I shrugged out of.

I nodded slowly. but didn't stay anything.

"Sleep, I'll go check on Seth. Y'know... since he got macaroni on his face," I said with shrug. I sat up but hesitated slightly. "Or do you want me to stay?" I asked her.

Kayne

She just rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
"I'm packing my bags," I told her coldly before walking upstairs and doing just that. When I'd packed all of my clothes and smalled belongings I brought them down to the car, throwing them into the backseat. "I'll send a truck for the rest of my stuff," I called to her and I could see her face through the window, she was shocked. I got into the car and put the picture of me and Cora on the mirror. "I'm sorry for everything," I whispered as I pulled out of the driveway.

Angel

"Who was that?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.

Elijah

"Hello," I said and crossed my arms over my chest.

Cooper

"Our bassist," Damian replied irritably. "He's annoying."
"He's like your clone. If you were a player," I told him with a grin.
"Don't compare us," I groaned.

Avery

Gabe grinned and held out a hand to Elijah. "Hey," he said. I watched him warily, since I wasn't completely sure that he wouldn't hurt Elijah or something. I knew he sort of wanted me... but it wasn't... a normal sort of want. I'd just be another notch in his belt, and I knew it, though I couldn't deny I was, uh... attracted to him.

I sat up next to him, and shrugged. "Dunno," I answered sadly.

Kyle

"I'll just get him to come here," I decided as I picked up my phone and sent Seth a text.

Seth

My phone vibrated suddenly and I flipped it open and read the text. "Come to Cora's room. Don't ask her why she's sad. Search the news." I scowled but went on the web on my phone. The first headline was about Ciana's parents death. Poor Ciana! I put my phone back in my pocket and headed for her room.

Angel

"Why don't you just... dump him then?" I asked and cocked my head to the side.

Elijah

I hesitated but then shook his hand, but only for a second.

[Callie]

Cooper

" 'Coz he's good and we need a bassist," I said simply, adding, "and he's not as bad as Damian makes him out to be."
"You're right. He's worse. And he's probably gonna screw your cousin and leave, like he does with every other girl," Damian told me, rolling his eyes irritably.
"Right. That's almost flawless, except Avery's not that naive. She grew up with the kid, and she knows how he is. Just because she's... attracted to him doesn't mean she'll let him fuck her and leave," I retorted to Damian, and his eyes went wide. Whoops. Obviously he hadn't known that Avery sort of had a thing for him. Sometimes I had to wonder if Damian had a thing for Avery, but I could see into his mind and I knew that he didn't.

Avery

I laughed and smirked at them. "You two are so friendly."
"Oh, I'm very friendly. Just not as much with guys," Gabe said, waggling his eyebrows suggestively.
"I know you are. Now go away. And don't forget we have practice tonight. 8. Be there, bitch, or I'll have your ass." I grinned.
"Well, your screaming's pretty hot, so I guess I'll show up."
I rolled my eyes and pushed him away, watching as he reluctantly walked down the hall. "Now that you've met my band's manwhore..." I grinned at Elijah. "You wanna meet my friend that you made get slapped for real?"

Elijah

I grimaced as the guy left and then I turned to Avery. "Well... they can't be worse than that guy so, sure."

Angel

"Girls can surprise you, especially if they find the guy hot," I said with a serious nod. "That sounds awful, but it's true."

Avery

I laughed. "He's not as bad as he seems. Though at the moment, he could use a kick in the balls."

Cooper

"Not really," I said, shaking my head. "I can read her mind, remember? She likes the new guy better; his personality too. Seems like he's not as much of a..." I tried to think of a word.
"Manwhore?" Damian supplied.
I held back laughter and smirked. "Yeah." I went silent as Avery joined us and pointed to the guy with her.
"This is Elijah, guys. Elijah, this is Damian, Cooper, and Angel."

I sighed and layed back down on he bed. I closed my eyes and focused on getting back to sleep again.

Elijah

"Definitely," I said to Avery before we got to her friends. I smiled at all of them.

Angel

"Hi," I said to him with a smile. "So you're the emotion-guy?"
He grinned but blushed. "I guess I am." I turned back to Cooper and Damian. "I see what you mean."

Seth

I opened her room and saw Kyle sitting on the bed and it looked like Ciana was asleep. I frowned. Me and Kyle's eyes met and I knew we were gonna put the paparazzi thing behind us.

Ciana

I stirred and rolled over, only to fall off the bed. "Ugh, great," I murmured sarcastically, slowly getting up and walking back to the bed.

Seth

I looked at her worried. "Did you hurt yourself?" I asked her and sat down on the empty bed.

Ciana

I shook my head. "I'm fine."

Seth

"That's good," I murmured. I looked outside and raised an eyebrow. "It's starting to rain."

I pursed my lips and tried to fall aslerp again.

Kyle

I stroked her hair as I listened to the rain. I had no idea how I would react if my parents died, but it wouldn't be pretty.
