Selena

"I'm s-sorry, I'm so sorry," I murmured as I hugged him tightly. "It's just... I l-love you so much," I stopped, knowing I didn't make any sense.

[Callie]

Ian

I didn't answer, just let go. "Should we go home, then?" I asked gently as my phone started ringing. I answered it, "Hello?"
"IAN! Oh my God, where the hell are you two? I tried your home phone, and no one was answering, and Nessie came over here, all freaked out, because she didn't know where you two went, and - "
I cut her off; she sounded almost in tears. "Oh, God, I'm sorry, Alessandra! I thought Ness was sound asleep. We had a false alarm. Selena's pregnant and - "
"I know."
I blinked, then continued. "We thought she was going into labor, so I rushed her to the hospital. Want us to come pick her up?"
"If you could, please. She's coloring my table cover at the moment, but I have weddings to plan, so..." she sighed. "Just get over here whenever you can. I'll keep her occupied until then."
"Alright. Love you. Bye," I hung up and turned to Selena. "That was Alessandra; we forgot about Nessie."

"Oh, right," I covered my face on my hands for a second, it felt like things were falling apart and I had a feeling Ian was still a bit angry at me, at the very least offended. "Let's go home then."

[Callie]

Ian

"She walked to Alessandra's and is currently decorating her tablecloth, apparently, so let's go there first," I said with a slight smile. It definitely sounded like something Nessie might do.

[Emmy]

Holly
"Yeah, but I have a better idea. Remember I have that mansion now?" My lips curled into a smile. "There's about ten million secret passages throughout town in that thing. You can hide out in there."

[Callie]

Silas

I sighed and looked down, shaking my head. "I can't hide. And not from this. If they did find me down there, you'd get even more dragged into this. I'll stay there for a while, like... a couple days..." As in, I would stay there until I got the money to pay off my dad and his friend. "And then I'll... I'll have to leave." I didn't want to leave her, but I needed to get away from all of this until it died down, and I knew that might take years. I would not hide in Holly's mansion, no matter how much I lov - liked her. You did not just almost think that!

"Yeah, sure. Of course," I said with a nod as I begun to walk toward our car and when I got there I sat down in the passenger seat.

Holly
I smiled at that thought. "Well, if we're going, then c'mon." I grabbed his hand and started to run in the direction of his biggest mansion. "Just for your info, though; I already know about the paying Jayden and the other lady thing. I can give you that money easily." I said on the way.

[Callie]

Silas

"Yeah, I figured you did," I said with a sigh, shaking my head. "But I'll get it myself; I'm not getting you involved in this any more than you already are."

Ian

I got into the car, too, and started the drive to Alessandra's place.

Holly
"And I don't want you to get inot more trouble than you're already in! Two murders on your belt." I reminded him sternly. We got to the gate of the mansion. I hit a few buttons and they opened without any alarms going off.

Silas

"One," I corrected, looking at her curiously.

Brianne

"Oh, I'm aware of my genius." I smirked and started walking back towards... Honestly, I had no idea where I was walking to. Where was Holly's house?

Selena

"I bet Nessie will be excited," I mumbled and caressed my stomach.

[Callie]

Micah

I laughed and tapped on her shoulder so she'd turn around. "She went back to the hospital, remember?"

Ian

I shrugged. "Maybe. She wasn't very happy when Mom and Dad decided she was the last of us."

Selena

I smiled. "She'll be a great aunt," I nodded once.

[Callie]

Ian

I smiled a bit as I parked in front of Alessandra's house, whistling slightly to myself. It'd definitely improved from when I saw it a few months ago. Most of the time, she came to visit us, not vice versa.

Selena

I got out of the car and walked up to front door, knocking on it lightly.

Holly
"Oh well. Not much of a difference in the court of law. Either way, you'd be locked up in some asylum for the rest of your life." I pressed more complicated passwords in the front door and it opened. "In." I told him.

[Callie]

Silas

"How do you even know those passwords?" I asked, making a face. "And that's why I have to leave somewhere they won't think of searching."

Alessandra

I put my things on the coffee table and leapt up from the couch, opening the door. "Come in," I said in a singsongy tone, grinning as I said, "Tada!" and gestured to Nessie, who was still coloring away. She then made a slightly confused face, like she didn't get it. Whatever "it" was.

Holly
"When you grow up with no toys, that's what happens." I said matter-of-factly. "And they won't search here! Well, I knew for sure they wouldn't when Rick was alive. He gave them millions of dollars to keep their mouths shut about what happened here."

Selena

"Sorry," I mouthed to Alessandra and gave her a hug before walking over to Nessie. "Hi, Nessie. Whatcha doing?"

Brianne

I frowned, "Alright, you lead the way then, if you know where everything is."

[Callie]

Micah

"I don't know where everything is. Just most things." I grinned.

Silas

I sighed. "Holly, I have to go. It's..." I shook my head. "It's non-negotiable."

Nessie

I shrugged. "Drawing. I think that's Ian. And I don't know who that is, but I think Ian's paying him or something."
Ian looked at the picture, too, and his eyebrows shot up. "How do you not know?"
"I didn't draw it."
Aless looked at me worriedly. "Hun, I just saw you drawing it."
"I didn't draw it," I repeated. "Someone stole my hand and they drew it."

Selena

I shot Ian and Alessandra a worrying glance. "What do you mean? Are you making this up or...?"

[Callie]

Nessie

I shook my head and stuck my lower lip out. "I think it's gonna happen. Or it did," I murmured. "I don't even know what it is!"

Ian

What it looked like - and I knew it was - was me paying off one of Will's old friends to leave Selena, Nessie, Alessandra, and my babies alone. Exactly what I'd been planning for a while now when one showed up, because Will had known a lot of people, none of which would be very happy with me for killing him. I wasn't stupid enough to think I could escape this unless I gave them the big bucks. I hadn't told Selena about my plan because I didn't want her to worry, but maybe I wouldn't have to... maybe.

"Oh, sweetie, it's okay," I said and crouched down to her height. "There is nothing to be worried about." I nodded reassuringly.

[Callie]

Nessie

Ian kneeled down too, moving my hair back and kissing me on the forehead. "Yeah, everything's fine, kiddo," he assured me. I just looked at him for a minute before nodding; I could tell he didn't want me to say anything about it, so I kept my mouth shut.

Selena

I looked back and forth between them. Something weird just happened, I could tell. Maybe it was just brother and sister bonding. I stood up and then smiled at Nessie. "Hey, guess what. You're gonna be an aunt!"

Nessie

"A baby?" I asked, dropping my mouth open. "Like... the stork is coming?"

I sighed sadly. Of course. Just when it starts going okay, someone like Leslie or whatever the hell his name was messes it up.
