After sitting on my bed thinking for a little while, I decided to just be the one to say sorry...we had instantly clicked, and this might be my only chance for a while. I took out some spare parchment and wrote something simple--
James--
I really am sorry. But I don't blame you at all for hating me. By the way, just tell me what the wand cost--I'll pay you back.

I hurried on down to the owlery and picked one of the school owls, attaching the note to his leg and I sent him off.

I was waiting at the fireplace of the headmistress and waited for my mother to come throught to fetch me. I sighed and then I heard Jesse "James wait, you've got a letter."

Cyri
I could have stayed there all day, listening to the quiet hooting of the owls, but when some Gryffindors came in and gave me the evil eye I stumbled right back of of there. I was really tired of the inter-House feuds, but what could I do about it?

I stumbled out the heads office and down the stairs, heading to the owlery.

I didn't know where to go after I got out of there, though. So I just stood, until the Gryffindors left, then I headed back in.

Some of the gryffindor lads started speaking to me after they came out of the owlery and i nodded and smiled "Yeah mum's picking me up...taking me to durmstrang." they nodded and said goodbye and I walked into the owlery.

I looked up to see who was coming in, and saw it was James; I bit my lip and looked back at the floor again.

James

"Cyri." I walked towards and and waited for her to look up

Cyri
I looked back up at him, holding eye contact. "I'm sorry..."

James

I knelt down and grabbed her face and kissed her smiling "Forget it."

Cyri
I blushed red and looked up at him, utterly surprised. "Um...y-yeah..." I stammered.

James

"There sod the gryffindors" I smiled and grinned "Sorry i'm pretty straight forward usually."

Cyri
"I...can see that," I said smiling. "I'm normally shy...sorry, it was a bit of a surprise to me. A n-nice surprise, y-yes.." I bit my lip again. "I'm ranting on and on, aren't I?"

Hurring down yet another hallway, I began to think I was lost. Great. Not that I was worried about missing classes, but I had heard wispered rumors of a loud-mouth polterguist that tended to attract teachers when he felt like it. Turning a corner, I ran head-long into a couple of cute, older boys. "Oh!"

"Hey, you alright?" I asked the girl that had run into us. Xander rolled his eyes, but I hadn't even started yet.

"Yeah." I said, dusting myself off a bit, and smiling. "I'm fine. You?"

"Ever better than I was before, now that you're here," I answered with a grin.
Xander rolled his eyes again. "Well, Don Juan, now that you're occupied, I'm going to go to where the broomsticks are housed myself, thank you very much," he said and walked off. I just shrugged. I'd catch up to him later.

Fighting a blush due to the 'Don Juan' comment, I quirked an eyebrow. "Broomsticks?" I asked, a slight smile on my lips.

"A prank," I answered with a grin. "Wanna help?"

I grinned. "Sure. It's not like I was doing anything else, except possibly, and only possibly, getting hopelessly lost." I laughed.

I laughed and started walking for the broom storage room. "I'm Ace, by the way."

"Candi." I told him, falling into step beside him.

"Nice to meet you, Candi." I smiled. "So what do you do in between skipping class and only maybe getting lost?"

"Well, if you judge by today, I deliver owls, help with pranks, and meet cute guys." I grinned. "Oh, and arrive incredably late to the Great Hall."

"I know your so hard not to love." I laughed and looked at him

Narcissa

I turned pink and looked to the floor in embrassment.

Kiran

"Im starving breakfast didnt fill me up." I smiled and looked at her

Lyran

"I didn't just get you a box." I laughed nudging her to open to reaveal the pink drop goldnecklace.

James

I smiled and nodded "Ranting a little bit but I like it."

I smiled sheepishly up at him. "I do that sometimes..."

I grinned and kissed her on the top of the head quickly, before the teacher could see.

"I know, right? I'm just so cute and cuddly."

My eyes went wide. "Holy... Lyran, it's gorgeous."

I grinned. "It sounds like an interesting day so far."

"Admittedly I rant sometimes too." I smiled

I laughed and kissed him hard.
