Revenge is the beggining
Marina's P.O.V
September once again, I had promised myself that after this year i was not going back to that dark, damp square. I had given up three long summers to that place and a fourth year in azkaban was not on my to do list.
Going onto the platform 9 3/4, surrounded by ministry officials and my two dementor prison guards was not good, although handy when getting your own carriage on a train. Well they uncuffed me and handed me my belongings, it had only been a summer but i had missed my wand , magic books and firebolt broom, i couldnt wait to get back to the hustle & bustle of the corridors......Thats when i heard his sharp drawling voice & her high pitched giggle. Draco malfoy my ex-slytherin boyfriend and his future wife were heading for my compartment. Suddenly leaping up i magically locked the compartment door and lowered a blind, praying that ferret face passed but they didnt. Two minutes later they were shouting telling me to open the door and leave. Curling up to thier screams of protest i drifted to sleep.
Draco's P.O.V
Me and my betrothed wife, walked arm in arm down the corridor searching for an empty compartment, I sneered when i spotted Harry Potter and whispered to Pansy "It's Scarhead." Pansy burst out laughing thats when i spotted that our normal carriage had been taken. I had to put my foot down "Oi snotrags, get out of my compartment." I heard this hiss of a spell as the door was locked and the blinds pulled down. 15minutes later crabbe and goyle had joined to inform me that they had another compartment which is where pansy had now floated off too. "It's a principal not a necessity. Now help me get this door open." I sneered as we all fired various unlocking spells while the train shuddered to life, we heard and were awarded with a satisfying click.
Marina's P.O.V
I woke up to silence tilting my head i peered out the window notiving a lake and the fact we were exceptionally close to the school now. Then in the reflection of the glass there was movement, sitting up suddenly i hissed 'YOU' i was holding my wand out ready and i looked at the four of them in my compartment, 'Malfoy, Goyle, Crabbe and Flint.' After a few minutes i lowered my wand and sighed rubbing the sleep from my dar sunken blue eyes, standing up i leaned over and grabbed my robes to change into "So what brings you all to breaking into a compartment when im sleeping?" I laughed and slipped my robes over my head, which muffled thier shifty laughs 'Boys' i muttered darkly and sat down just as the food trolley come passed.
"Anything from the trolley dears?" Smiling i shoved a fistfull of galleons into her hand and she placed a premade box of goodies into my lap, i was thankful for this and whoever ordered it every year since first year.
'Thanks' i smiled "No problem dear, its nice to see you back this year." She nodded and carried on. Opening the box i rooted round for the pumpkin pastry "Aw i've missed these so much." i said glaring at draco, most people knew i didnt support the dark lord anymorebut thanks to draco i'd returned every year since to Azkaban. Shutting my food box again i stood up and grabbed my belongings and nodded at them. All of a sudden draco pulled my hand so we were face to face and he hissed at me.
Draco P.O.V
Staring into her blue eyes i hissed "We will talk later. Its important!" watching her leave i sighed "Pansy has got nothing on that girl." The others just gawped at me and hissed "Pansy was betrothed to you!" they sat watching me think about things until we all clambered into our robe and the sentance forgotton. It must of been 10minutes later when i heard her voice as she walked past talking to that filthy mudblood granger. "Why was she even placed in slytherin.....she should of been in gryffindor." Crabbe, Goyle and Flint all scowled "Honestly Proffessor Snape would of done his nut if his neice ended up in that house." I just shrugged and nodded sitting down again, i then spotted that great forboding castle in the distance "Here we go again."
Marina's P.O.V
Two hours and 58 seconds later the train began to slow and the other studenst began to depart "First years over here please." Came a new voice looking over i spotted a woman in her late 20's with blonde hair and brown shining eyes. Once i'd managed to get out of my train carriage.
Hermoine, Ron, Harry and I all caught a carriage pulled by a bony winged horse called a thestral "So did everyone have a good summer? Oh and thanks for my gifts." They all nodded apart from Harry whom laughed and added 'With the dursleys?' he snorted to which i added "Atleast you werent stuck in Azkaban. I've missed out on alot, There's no way malfoy is going to drag me down that path again." After a five minute journey we stopped just outside the entrance hall where students were already piling in "Right im going to see my uncle....Apparently he has a gift for me." I smiled and pushed through some second years.
Finally managing to enter the great hall i walked up to the head table and smiled "Uncle Severus." I chimed much to the disgust of my uncle "So how's it hanging batman, what you got for me?" I held out my hands and he lay a small golden pendant encrusted with red diamonds. "Wow.....wasnt this my mothers though?" he sighed and nodded "Is mother and father safe? Are they alive? Are they injured?" I began to panick "No thier fine....your mother just misses you, now go sit at your table." My uncle replied and pointed to draco who had a seat saved on his left with pansy sitting on his right.
Draco's P.O.V
I walked arm in arm with pansy into the great hall, where we sat at the dining table and i saved a seat next to me for marina to come and talk with me. I watched as she walked in by herself and headed towards the head table, while there Prof. Snape handed her something to which she panicked an snape quickly calmed her and pointed me out. I mouthed 'Come on.' and waved at her to which she just shook her head and sat down at the very top of the table with some of the seventh years who all welcomed her smiling she spoke and they all laughed and clapped her back. sighing i turned to pansy who was watching me with narrowed hawk eyes. I was still apologising when mc gonagall arrived with the new first years.
Marina's P.O.V
As Mc Gonagall arrived with some new first years i smiled picking out the slytherin students to be. I noted that the had been patched up since the last time, when colin creevey made a noise everyone in the school fell silent and the hat began to sing. Listening to the hat was intresting as it fortold of a war and that divisions between houses should be repaired, at this point i smiled because i was already working with three Gryffindors. After sometime Zyn Swallow was called out and then she was placed in Slytherin much to her pleasure, Dumbledore then clapped his hands and spoke "It gives me great honour to welcome our new potions teacher miss Rosaline Hornby. An a big congratulations to Prof. Snape for securing the defence against the dark arts position. Now let the feast begin." He smiled and then sat down to much appalause. I was watching snape very closely at this point because he had now taken to glaring at harry...this would usually un-nerve me, but i knew with the look and the burning sensation on my arm that voldemort was on his way back.
Draco's P.O.V
I watched Marina carefully while i ate to see her reaction to the burning sensation on her arm. I was alarmed to notice that she didnt even flinch and just carried on talking to the 7th years she was sitting with. However i stood up and took some food with me and left the dining hall. As i exited i spotted Scarhead watching me.

Alex's P.O.V
I had the nerve to watch my best friend put behind bars and left to suffer each year for four years...god that blonde git was going to suffer this year. I'd missed the hogwarts train by an hour just because the muggles had pulled me up, something about too many owls going through the station.
So now i was waiting for the nightbus in the final piece of silence i would get for a few months, while i was away on holiday i had researched all these torturing curses for malfoy and was happily enjoying the reactions in my head. Twenty minutes later my thoughts were interrupted by a bang and i grinned "Perfect." as i smiled as the night bus arrived, paying for my ticket i got onto on of the beds and drifted off into a steady slumber.
Draco's P.O.V
I sneered at Harry and left, making me way to the room of requirements so i could relax and eat my breakfast in peace plus work through my new mission given to me by the darklord. Although I was supposed to be concentrating I just kept drifting back to the image of Marina's face, I still had feelings for her I guess, After sitting contemplating different things in the room of requirements I sighed and stood up ready head to my second lesson and face the stick from everyone, I even had the correct hex in my mind to use against anyone who bothered to challenge me. As I shut the door I pulled myshirt arm down to cover the dark mark which was now black and burning. As i headed towards potions a little voice inside my head was screaming at me saying "Lose Pansy, get Marina back. Tha name Malfoy sounds better linked with Marina than Pansy." I knew better though, even if the dark lord didnt want me to marry Pansy, he knew she would distract me and wouldnt disobey him like Marina was likely to do, but it was too late for me seeing her sleeping peacefully like that had turned me into mush in seconds. Sometimes I wish she wasnt allowed out of Azkaban, it gets harder to blame her for things she didnt do. Even more so this year as she was now sticking so close to the Gryffindors and Scarhead. Looking up I noticed i had made it to my second lesson on time.
Dee P.O.V
I smiled as Marina walked in and plonked herself besides me and her current boyfriend Seamus Finnigan. I watched as the out of place Slytherin girl and Gryffindor boy locked hands and laughed with each other. Turning to the door I spotted Draco walk in, there had been a time once where he wanted me but now he just glared at Marina wiped his eyes and then turned into the desk and sat down behind the three of us and then stared at thier hands. During the whole of the lesson Malfoy just sat there unmoving and still staring. A few times I thought the Slytherin prince had been crying but when I looked again his face was dry and straight the same as it usually was when he wasnt sneering. I noticed Ron eagerly trying to get my attention so I smiled and walked over to him "Whats up?" to which he replied 'George wants to go double dating! He wants you and him, me and Hermoine, Harry and Ginny, plus Marina and Seamus! Although he did mention something about dumping Seamus and hooking up with Fred.' He laughed and rolled his eyes 'Apparently he has been crushing on her for ages.' I nodded and smiled "I'll see what I can do for Fred and George." Ron smiled and then walked away again. Gently smiling I smirked as I heard both Seamus and Marina bickering about something.
Marina P.O.V
As I sat in the seat next to Seamus I noticed he was wearing the necklace from Katie Long a housemate of his "Why are you wearing that necklace when she asked you out with it?" I questioned and he merely shrugged, hissing at him i got up and moved seats.
I looked at the person I had sat next to and realised I had sat next to my fellow housemate Draco Malfoy, he smiled at me and I nodded in return. An hour later we began to pack away our potion ingrediants and by accident I brushed Draco's wrist at which point he flinched and withdrew it quickly "Sorry Malfoy. Does it sting? I've found a way to dull the pain if you want to hear it?" I smiled and he nodded smiling 'Marina can I ask you something?' he whispered quietly and I nodded "Ofcourse." I answered as the bell rang 'Would you ever.......*ring*.....' I never heard the last of the sentance as i was yanked through the door much to my displeasure by Seamus. I looked.....no glared at Seamus as he told me that he loved me but he'd been seeing Katie behind my back, i sighed and replied to him "Yeah.....well we are over. Go be with Katie you and her deserve each other" I shook him off my arm and i walked to my next class, which luckily the slytherins didnt share with gryffindor. As I approched the lesson I spotted Draco who looked at me and invited me to sit with him, Crabbe, Goyle & Nott "Hey guys mind if I sit with you?" They all shook thier heads and moved up a seat so i could sit between Theodore/Nott and Draco. During the lesson we had a good laugh with each toher as they told me about thier summers and Nott explained why he visited me everyday in Azkaban "IM glad you did Nott or i could of gone sane in that place. What with Granger and Gates visiting me every morning."
Draco's P.O.V
Marina sat down with us and we talked about her summer, our summer and everything she missed out on. I was happy to listen to her talk as she had absolutly no idea that Prof. Snape and I had organised a ball in honour of her returning back again. "Marina did you bring any dress with you this year?" I asked suddenly and she shook her head laughing 'No dresses.' I rolled my eyes and spoke "Fine im taking you shopping....father wont mind." Marina shrugged and nodded in agreement. After our lesson had finished the four of us headed to the great hall for lunch, on our way I saw the Weasley twins smiling at Marina and I scowled heavily if i forced a scowl anymore I would of ended up with a unibrow. I watched as they spoke to her and she blushed and nodded then as they began to walk away Fred Weasley scooted back and kissed her on the cheek.
I growled and Nott coughed to get my attention "What?" I hissed and he mumbled 'Draco wand away.' I looked at my hand and noticed the wooden wand clasped in my hand and pointed at Fred & Marina. I placed the wand back in my pocket and planted a huge grin on my face, I still had Pansy to think about. I looked up at Marina and spotted my fiance storming towards us with a thunderous look on her face "Uh....Marina you might want to go with them both." Marina smiled and mouthed 'Sorry Draco.....talk later.' I watched as she hurried off as Pansy caught up 'What did she want?' she hissed grabbing my robe and marching me into the great hall, I spotted Marina with the Weasley twins and sighed "I owe her some dresses she left at mine before we broke up." I smiled and Pansy relaxed and sat down in her seat.

I walked into the school just as lunch began dumping my things in Snape's office I headed to lunch to grab a bite to eat. Upon entering the hall I noticed that Marina was sitting with the Weasley twins. I was glad she wasn't with Draco Malfoy but upset because she was with my rivals in comedy and they were in gryffindor. I walked up to the table and slid in besides Marina who screamed and hugged me happily "Hey....miss me?" I asked and then laughed when she nodded quickly and hugged me again "So Gryffindor table.....away from Malfoy complete genius!" After lunch I learnt that we both had a free period together and I smiled as the Gryffindors walked up the stairs and Marina headed to the dungeons with me 'Pure blood' Marina smiled and ducked inside and we went up to the dorms smiling I sat on a bed and noticed my stuff was here already "Ace" I muttered rummaging around for a fresh pair of socks and her present "Here!" I smiled and handed her a small wrapped gift "I hope you like it and your boyfriend can enjoy it." As she unwrapped it she snorted out in laughter 'What were you thinking? Although it might work for Fred." she grinned and held up the neon pink and orange stockings "So your summer?" I asked nervously and smiled as she went into details.
Marinas P.O.V
Screaming in happiness as my best friend slid into an empty space between me and George "Ah i missed you lots" I confirmed with many nodds. Once lunch finished I saw the Weasleys off kissing Fred gently on his cheek and winked "See you later" I smiled as he nodded. Once in the bedroom Alex handed me a present which once opened made me giggle. I put the stockings on my bed and smiled at her "Whats to say? Alright." I joked and then laughed and began, it must of taken over an hour as I noticed that we had began to cut into our lesson, so rushing out of the portrait hole we pelted up the stairs.

We all sat down in our seats and I stared around and was utterly perplexed by the fact that Marina was missing. Standing up quickly I sneered at the Gryffindors and excused myself from Prof. Flitwicks lesson, once out of the room I headed towards the Slytherin common room. I knew this was the last place both of them had been seen, ofcourse before i'd gone too far they were there in front of me very out of breath and giggling together "There you are Marina! Jeez you do realise your late and I wanted to talk with you?" I asked annoyed it must of been the look of shock on Marinas face that made me turn round.
Ofcourse typically when I turned around I sighed, Pansy must of seen me go past her lesson & decided to follow. 'DRACO MALFOY!' She screamed 'I KNEW YOU WERE TALKING WITH THAT BLOOD TRAITOR BEHIND MY BACK!' As soon as she stormed up I knew we were in trouble. No sooner than I had raised my wand it was jinxed from my grasp and Snape stood over us glaring at me and Pansy and taking a glance at Marina laughing slightly he looked at Marina and spoke 'Marina please will you show Alex to her lesson and then return to my office before heading to your lesson.' Then he turned to Pansy and glared at her till she returned to her lesson in a giant huff leaving me and Snape alone together 'Draco if you hurt Marina again I will personally see to it that you disappear!' I nodded and replied "Im not going to hurt her. Thats a promise! I cant help but love her sir!" he looked at me and then bowed and left me to return to class alone.

I wlaked along with Alex taking her to her lesson like I had been instructed "It's so stupid I really don't understand why Draco is following me around like a lost puppy...Doesn't he realise he's betrothed to Pansy now and he's also engaged to her." I sighed and Alex laughed 'Marina he still loves you and everyone can see that even stupid Pansy Parkinson. But me being who I am I can see your happy with the Weasley twin and the twin is exetremly happy being with you.' she smiled and I nodded "Yeah I really like Fred! He's sweet and gentle plus Dee is dating George. Hermoine, Harry and Ron are nice to me ad help me out alot besides they all came to visit me in Azkaban this summer." I smiled as we rached her class "I'll speak to you later?" she nodded and I gave her a quick hug before jogging back to my uncles office and knocking 'Come in!' he drawled.
Snapes P.O.V
"Now niece. I hear that your dating a troublesome Fred Weasley." I spoke slowly to her and she nodded "It's good to hear that your staying away from Malfoy, but dating a common Weasley is slightly dubious! Yes they are pure blood but they are the enemy of the Dark Lord." I watched her carefully as her usually gentle features darkened and she snarled 'THE DARK LORD NEEDS TO CHOKE ON HIS STUPID PET SNAKE AND DIE!' After that she blasted my door open and left "Intresting format!" I laughed holding the small black kitten I had purchased for my niece "Marina wait! I brought you a small gift for your return to Hogwarts." I shouted after her 'What is it?' she asked peeking her head around the corner seemed she hadn't gone far. I held out the kitten and smiled "I thought seeming as Im making sure you don't return to Azkaban then you should have a pet." She squealed and immediatly ran forward and took the kitten from my hands she kissed my cheek gently and thanksed me before leaving, chuckilg darkly I repaired my door and set upon my lesson plans about werewolves.

Once in my lesosn i apologised and went and sat with Ron, Harry and Hermoine who each smiled and pet the little kitten in my hands "I think im going to name her Sukie." I whispered and the nodded in agreement I smiled happily. I spotted Draco glaring at me from across the classroom and I looked at him mouthing "Pansy is on the warpath dont think its advisable do you?" he looked at me and then smiled and gave me a thumbs up sign. Forty minutes later and our lesson was finished Sukie was happily curled into my robe pocket. Leaving the class I spotted Fred and George waiting with Ginny smiling I walked over to them and kissed Fred's cheek "whats up?" he shrugged and Ginny answered 'Mother and Father was wondering if you would like to spend christmas at ours? Dad thinks it might be nice as he is part of the ministry so he is able to keep a watch over you." He laughed and I scowled raising my wand "Back off Malfoy! Ofcourse tell your parents I would love to, it would be my pleasure to stay and dine with such a noble family." Alex's P.O.V
I had the nerve to watch my best friend put behind bars and left to suffer each year for four years...god that blonde git was going to suffer this year. I'd missed the hogwarts train by an hour just because the muggles had pulled me up, something about too many owls going through the station.
So now i was waiting for the nightbus in the final piece of silence i would get for a few months, while i was away on holiday i had researched all these torturing curses for malfoy and was happily enjoying the reactions in my head. Twenty minutes later my thoughts were interrupted by a bang and i grinned "Perfect." as i smiled as the night bus arrived, paying for my ticket i got onto on of the beds and drifted off into a steady slumber.
Draco's P.O.V
I sneered at Harry and left, making me way to the room of requirements so i could relax and eat my breakfast in peace plus work through my new mission given to me by the darklord. Although I was supposed to be concentrating I just kept drifting back to the image of Marina's face, I still had feelings for her I guess, After sitting contemplating different things in the room of requirements I sighed and stood up ready head to my second lesson and face the stick from everyone, I even had the correct hex in my mind to use against anyone who bothered to challenge me. As I shut the door I pulled myshirt arm down to cover the dark mark which was now black and burning. As i headed towards potions a little voice inside my head was screaming at me saying "Lose Pansy, get Marina back. Tha name Malfoy sounds better linked with Marina than Pansy." I knew better though, even if the dark lord didnt want me to marry Pansy, he knew she would distract me and wouldnt disobey him like Marina was likely to do, but it was too late for me seeing her sleeping peacefully like that had turned me into mush in seconds. Sometimes I wish she wasnt allowed out of Azkaban, it gets harder to blame her for things she didnt do. Even more so this year as she was now sticking so close to the Gryffindors and Scarhead. Looking up I noticed i had made it to my second lesson on time.
Dee P.O.V
I smiled as Marina walked in and plonked herself besides me and her current boyfriend Seamus Finnigan. I watched as the out of place Slytherin girl and Gryffindor boy locked hands and laughed with each other. Turning to the door I spotted Draco walk in, there had been a time once where he wanted me but now he just glared at Marina wiped his eyes and then turned into the desk and sat down behind the three of us and then stared at thier hands. During the whole of the lesson Malfoy just sat there unmoving and still staring. A few times I thought the Slytherin prince had been crying but when I looked again his face was dry and straight the same as it usually was when he wasnt sneering. I noticed Ron eagerly trying to get my attention so I smiled and walked over to him "Whats up?" to which he replied 'George wants to go double dating! He wants you and him, me and Hermoine, Harry and Ginny, plus Marina and Seamus! Although he did mention something about dumping Seamus and hooking up with Fred.' He laughed and rolled his eyes 'Apparently he has been crushing on her for ages.' I nodded and smiled "I'll see what I can do for Fred and George." Ron smiled and then walked away again. Gently smiling I smirked as I heard both Seamus and Marina bickering about something.
Marina P.O.V
As I sat in the seat next to Seamus I noticed he was wearing the necklace from Katie Long a housemate of his "Why are you wearing that necklace when she asked you out with it?" I questioned and he merely shrugged, hissing at him i got up and moved seats.
I looked at the person I had sat next to and realised I had sat next to my fellow housemate Draco Malfoy, he smiled at me and I nodded in return. An hour later we began to pack away our potion ingrediants and by accident I brushed Draco's wrist at which point he flinched and withdrew it quickly "Sorry Malfoy. Does it sting? I've found a way to dull the pain if you want to hear it?" I smiled and he nodded smiling 'Marina can I ask you something?' he whispered quietly and I nodded "Ofcourse." I answered as the bell rang 'Would you ever.......*ring*.....' I never heard the last of the sentance as i was yanked through the door much to my displeasure by Seamus. I looked.....no glared at Seamus as he told me that he loved me but he'd been seeing Katie behind my back, i sighed and replied to him "Yeah.....well we are over. Go be with Katie you and her deserve each other" I shook him off my arm and i walked to my next class, which luckily the slytherins didnt share with gryffindor. As I approched the lesson I spotted Draco who looked at me and invited me to sit with him, Crabbe, Goyle & Nott "Hey guys mind if I sit with you?" They all shook thier heads and moved up a seat so i could sit between Theodore/Nott and Draco. During the lesson we had a good laugh with each toher as they told me about thier summers and Nott explained why he visited me everyday in Azkaban "IM glad you did Nott or i could of gone sane in that place. What with Granger and Gates visiting me every morning."
Draco's P.O.V
Marina sat down with us and we talked about her summer, our summer and everything she missed out on. I was happy to listen to her talk as she had absolutly no idea that Prof. Snape and I had organised a ball in honour of her returning back again. "Marina did you bring any dress with you this year?" I asked suddenly and she shook her head laughing 'No dresses.' I rolled my eyes and spoke "Fine im taking you shopping....father wont mind." Marina shrugged and nodded in agreement. After our lesson had finished the four of us headed to the great hall for lunch, on our way I saw the Weasley twins smiling at Marina and I scowled heavily if i forced a scowl anymore I would of ended up with a unibrow. I watched as they spoke to her and she blushed and nodded then as they began to walk away Fred Weasley scooted back and kissed her on the cheek.
I growled and Nott coughed to get my attention "What?" I hissed and he mumbled 'Draco wand away.' I looked at my hand and noticed the wooden wand clasped in my hand and pointed at Fred & Marina. I placed the wand back in my pocket and planted a huge grin on my face, I still had Pansy to think about. I looked up at Marina and spotted my fiance storming towards us with a thunderous look on her face "Uh....Marina you might want to go with them both." Marina smiled and mouthed 'Sorry Draco.....talk later.' I watched as she hurried off as Pansy caught up 'What did she want?' she hissed grabbing my robe and marching me into the great hall, I spotted Marina with the Weasley twins and sighed "I owe her some dresses she left at mine before we broke up." I smiled and Pansy relaxed and sat down in her seat.

Alex P.O.V
I walked into the school just as lunch began dumping my things in Snape's office I headed to lunch to grab a bite to eat. Upon entering the hall I noticed that Marina was sitting with the Weasley twins. I was glad she wasn't with Draco Malfoy but upset because she was with my rivals in comedy and they were in gryffindor. I walked up to the table and slid in besides Marina who screamed and hugged me happily "Hey....miss me?" I asked and then laughed when she nodded quickly and hugged me again "So Gryffindor table.....away from Malfoy complete genius!" After lunch I learnt that we both had a free period together and I smiled as the Gryffindors walked up the stairs and Marina headed to the dungeons with me 'Pure blood' Marina smiled and ducked inside and we went up to the dorms smiling I sat on a bed and noticed my stuff was here already "Ace" I muttered rummaging around for a fresh pair of socks and her present "Here!" I smiled and handed her a small wrapped gift "I hope you like it and your boyfriend can enjoy it." As she unwrapped it she snorted out in laughter 'What were you thinking? Although it might work for Fred." she grinned and held up the neon pink and orange stockings "So your summer?" I asked nervously and smiled as she went into details.
Marinas P.O.V
Screaming in happiness as my best friend slid into an empty space between me and George "Ah i missed you lots" I confirmed with many nodds. Once lunch finished I saw the Weasleys off kissing Fred gently on his cheek and winked "See you later" I smiled as he nodded. Once in the bedroom Alex handed me a present which once opened made me giggle. I put the stockings on my bed and smiled at her "Whats to say? Alright." I joked and then laughed and began, it must of taken over an hour as I noticed that we had began to cut into our lesson, so rushing out of the portrait hole we pelted up the stairs.
Draco's P.O.V
We all sat down in our seats and I stared around and was utterly perplexed by the fact that Marina was missing. Standing up quickly I sneered at the Gryffindors and excused myself from Prof. Flitwicks lesson, once out of the room I headed towards the Slytherin common room. I knew this was the last place both of them had been seen, ofcourse before i'd gone too far they were there in front of me very out of breath and giggling together "There you are Marina! Jeez you do realise your late and I wanted to talk with you?" I asked annoyed it must of been the look of shock on Marinas face that made me turn round.
Ofcourse typically when I turned around I sighed, Pansy must of seen me go past her lesson & decided to follow. 'DRACO MALFOY!' She screamed 'I KNEW YOU WERE TALKING WITH THAT BLOOD TRAITOR BEHIND MY BACK!' As soon as she stormed up I knew we were in trouble. No sooner than I had raised my wand it was jinxed from my grasp and Snape stood over us glaring at me and Pansy and taking a glance at Marina laughing slightly he looked at Marina and spoke 'Marina please will you show Alex to her lesson and then return to my office before heading to your lesson.' Then he turned to Pansy and glared at her till she returned to her lesson in a giant huff leaving me and Snape alone together 'Draco if you hurt Marina again I will personally see to it that you disappear!' I nodded and replied "Im not going to hurt her. Thats a promise! I cant help but love her sir!" he looked at me and then bowed and left me to return to class alone.
Marinas P.O.V
I wlaked along with Alex taking her to her lesson like I had been instructed "It's so stupid I really don't understand why Draco is following me around like a lost puppy...Doesn't he realise he's betrothed to Pansy now and he's also engaged to her." I sighed and Alex laughed 'Marina he still loves you and everyone can see that even stupid Pansy Parkinson. But me being who I am I can see your happy with the Weasley twin and the twin is exetremly happy being with you.' she smiled and I nodded "Yeah I really like Fred! He's sweet and gentle plus Dee is dating George. Hermoine, Harry and Ron are nice to me ad help me out alot besides they all came to visit me in Azkaban this summer." I smiled as we rached her class "I'll speak to you later?" she nodded and I gave her a quick hug before jogging back to my uncles office and knocking 'Come in!' he drawled.
Snapes P.O.V
"Now niece. I hear that your dating a troublesome Fred Weasley." I spoke slowly to her and she nodded "It's good to hear that your staying away from Malfoy, but dating a common Weasley is slightly dubious! Yes they are pure blood but they are the enemy of the Dark Lord." I watched her carefully as her usually gentle features darkened and she snarled 'THE DARK LORD NEEDS TO CHOKE ON HIS STUPID PET SNAKE AND DIE!' After that she blasted my door open and left "Intresting format!" I laughed holding the small black kitten I had purchased for my niece "Marina wait! I brought you a small gift for your return to Hogwarts." I shouted after her 'What is it?' she asked peeking her head around the corner seemed she hadn't gone far. I held out the kitten and smiled "I thought seeming as Im making sure you don't return to Azkaban then you should have a pet." She squealed and immediatly ran forward and took the kitten from my hands she kissed my cheek gently and thanksed me before leaving, chuckilg darkly I repaired my door and set upon my lesson plans about werewolves.
Marinas P.O.V
I held the kitten as I ran to my lesson. Once in my lesosn i apologised and went and sat with Ron, Harry and Hermoine who each smiled and pet the little kitten in my hands "I think im going to name her Sukie." I whispered and the nodded in agreement I smiled happily. I spotted Draco glaring at me from across the classroom and I looked at him mouthing "Pansy is on the warpath dont think its advisable do you?" he looked at me and then smiled and gave me a thumbs up sign. Forty minutes later and our lesson was finished Sukie was happily curled into my robe pocket. Leaving the class I spotted Fred and George waiting with Ginny smiling I walked over to them and kissed Fred's cheek "whats up?" he shrugged and Ginny answered 'Mother and Father was wondering if you would like to spend christmas at ours? Dad thinks it might be nice as he is part of the ministry so he is able to keep a watch over you." I looked at her gobsmacked and then heard the drawling voice of Draco from behind me 'Marina stay at your house! She's far too upper class for that!' He laughed and I scowled raising my wand "Back off Malfoy! Ofcourse tell your parents I would love to, it would be my pleasure to stay and dine with such a noble family." I smiled at her and she grinned back before bounding off towards the owlery. "Well im with the Gryffindors for care of magical creatures next, so mind if I walk with you? Theres no-one of intrest here other than you lot anyway." I smiled before glaring at Draco and shaking my head and mouthing "Don't bother following me."
