That really wasn't helping her cause. "We'll let her go," I said firmly. "And we'll finally move into a base instead of just talking about it."

"If we let it get awkward," I said with a knowing nod. "But in all honesty, I think you might be wrong about it. It's not like you want to sleep with me, I would have picked up on that... and we would have slept together already." I shrugged.

Skye

I chuckled as well. "So, you're not gonna go all vampire on my ass for taking your wallet? I promise I'll only steal from stupid mystical creatures... and maybe stupid vampires."

I thought about it, then shook my head. "I've never been wrong before."

Sam

I looked at her seriously. "Mina... do you even want to sleep with me?"

Mina

I thought about this seriously. Did I? Sam was my closest friend, besides Alva... after I had graduated, I didn't really keep in touch with any of my so called 'friends', except for him. And, he wasn't that bad looking either... I peered closer and studied him. Yep, definitely attractive. Although, I wasn't sure if it was actual attraction, or his risen abilities.

I raised an eyebrow at her. "Stop undressing me with your eyes," I teased but then I furrowed my eyebrows together seriously. "You might have to face the fact that your visions might not always be true."

"I live in the large house down there." I smiled and looked closely at him and frowned "I wonder why you've come to a place like this."

"Running is what I said, Its something I do enjoy doing." I smiled and nodded

I smiled. A familiar sound came from my computer, I looked over to see that I had a new e-mail. I opened it and saw that it was the same spam e-mail as before. "Rosefalls," I read and rolled my eyes before deleting the e-mail.

"Ah thats one email I hated getting all about Rosefalls....Was tever a place thouugh?" I smiled and shrugged

I shrugged. "I have no idea."

Toby

"Meh! I could fix it so you didnt getSpam emails if you wanted?" I smiled

Nessa

"Go for it," I said and turned my laptop toward him.

Toby

I pulled the laptop towards me and began tapping rapipdly on the keys before pausing to take a sip of my drink and then continuing to tap away on the keys, after a few minutes I looked up and smiled "You shall no longer recieve spam."

Jude

I shrugged. "With my wallet back, I don't really see any reason to."

"How sweet of you," I said as I took a look at the computer. "That had been bugging me for days."

Skye

I nodded. "That's good. You don't seem too bad though... you can't possibly be one of the evil guys."

"Evil... such a... biased term, don't you think?" I asked with a slight smile. "What would you do if I were one of the so-called 'evil guys'?"

Skye

I grinned mischievously. "I'm not as weak as I look," I revealed the two guns on both sides of my hips. "I think it would be a fair fight."

I laughed. "It just may be. I haven't done anything to you, though, have I? So you needn't worry. I won't do anything to you if you don't do anything to me."

I reached out my hand toward him. "Neutral acquaintances until proven enemies?"

Jude

I smiled and shook her hand. "Works for me."

"Well, I'm going back to the headqu--" I coughed, hoping it appeared natural. "I mean home. Keep those pockets zipped."

Mina

I sighed. "Fine," I replied, feeling defeated. I mean, I have never been wrong before! Ever! And I did not like it at all.

Toby

"It bugged me too, so much that I took a course in computers at the college and then learnt to do that." I smiled and looked at her dwindling coffee "Fancy another coffee?"

''Yeah you're right." I said absent mindedly.

I sighed. ''That works too..." I really didn't want to see this girl anymore, and stomped off. Note to self next time just kill stupid bitches, rather than question them. I thought as I stalked back into town, and tried to remember why Iris seemed like such a familiar name.

After finishing the meal and dabbing at my eyeshadow I sighed. ''Looks like we're going back to work Alice." I tossed some money out to cover the meal and left for the office. Once back I looked at my meetings and arched an I eyebrow, ''And what does a Stormholder want from moi?" I asked Alice, who grinned as we shut the door.

Jasper

I was feeling a bit better as I could tell it was about one o'clock. ''Let's just say I'm looking for some information." I said smirking at her slightly. ''Pretty brave of you to live out here by yourself." I added, as I leaned against a wall.

Rex

I sighed none of the pack members were around, I feared they had all gone to the dark side. How lame. I thought as I kicked a box.

I shrugged. "Alright, I'll see you around." With that, I walked off, down the street. The bar had lost its interest, and, though I'd heard her slip, whatever headquarters she was involved in just didn't pique my interest at the moment.

I was trying to figure out why the siren pissed me off so much, I mean I didn't even like Ryder like that or anything. Maybe it was just because he usually just let me have my way when it came to bratty mythstics. I couldn't help but scowl at two witches as they turned and looked offended. I decided maybe a bar room brawl with some sirens, or any dumb person would make me feel better. I kept walking until I ran slam into someone and then looked up to glare at them(Jude).

"Again?" I muttered, looking at the girl. "You know, I think you're the third person I've run into in under an hour."

I looked around and sighed he was right I was alone again, I scratched at the scars from where Milo had bitten me and I sighed pulling the jacket around me tighter and then looking at him "I'm a brave sort of girl, who's able to defend herself." I could see flashes of the street before i'd left with Milo and it was beautiful, it was like the life had left with him and it was too never return now he was a pile of dust "An what sort of information is that....because I dont want no premature deaths on my watch." I groaned

''Look pal, I really don't give a flying fu--" I was fixing to tell him off until I saw the tel, tale signs of a vampire. I did a double take then reached for my wooden dagger. ''So are you saying you killed two other people today?" I spat my mood changing from annoyed to serious in a second.

''Just stuff, mainly rumors." I said boredly, as I watched her zone out for a bit. ''And no worries of me becoming a dead body, I have plenty of self defense training." I laughed lightly at my own joke.
