"Ha ha. You want gossip?" I looked around the large room, then pointed at an old man with a top hat. "Mr. Schwinn is investing in some crazy new vehicle, and everybody's knocking him for it. They say he'll go broke by the end of 1915." I looked around again, then pointed at a lady with a sharp, beak-looking nose. "Madame Polly is secretly Mr. Schwinn's mistress."
