So, let's say you just had the best ever idea for a competition ever. Like, seriously, the best internet competition idea ever in the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. Only there's isn't a "Create New Thread" button on this board.
What's up with that?
The thing is, this is one of those boards that needs to have a staff member post it.
Okay, you're thinking, your point is?
My point is that, if you want your competition idea put up on this site, these are the torturous steps you must undergo:
1. Come up with competition idea.
2. Ponder idea to check that it is good.
3. Eat soft pretzels.
4. PM someone on the staff your competition idea.
5. If said staff member agrees that idea is good, type up description and title for competition.
6. If it's a competition that there will be a medal/award for, make said award (or have someone else make it).
7. PM staff person your title, description, and medal so they can put it up.
8. Celebrate by eating more soft pretzels.
And that's all there is to it. Now, is that as scary as you expected?
