"Yeah, it is." I opened the door and threw it on the bed. "Are you coming back downstairs when you're done? I don't want to sound mean but I really don't want to be alone with Joyce."
Owen
I smirked from down the hallway, I had heard her. "It's not mean, everyone probably thinks she's creepy." I said poking my head out of my room.

OOC: Right. I forgot. xD He'll just very kindly ignore Hope's question.

Ollie

"Uh..." I said, doing a double take and staring at the name on the door. Isis Jacobs. Isis Jacobs. Isis. Isis. She couldn't be here. She was in jail! And... no. She'd left, she'd shut me out. She just couldn't be here. I couldn't get over her when she was so close to me. It was impossible. Ever since that day... and she would hardly talk to me before they shipped her off. I whirled around to look down the stairs as the front door swung open. There she was. She'd changed, though. She looked... different.

Isis

I walked inside of the institution after being dropped off by the cops, and I kept my eyes on the ground, starting for the stairs until I was stopped. Joyce. The one who'd come to find me in jail, to tell me that I had power. As if I didn't already know that. I didn't know why I'd agreed to go with her. She got on my nerves. And she gave me the creeps. "Isis," she said cheerfully, "your room's just up there - "
"I'll find it myself, thanks for the help," I said shortly, heading up the stairs.
She went silent, and I heard footsteps walking away.

OOC: Yes, you epically can.

Hope
I saw him glance back at the name, then at the person. I made the connection that she was Isis. "You know her then..."

[Callie]

Ollie

I nodded a bit. "We were friends."
Isis came up the stairs and stared at me for a moment, then shook her head. "Hi. Excuse me," she muttered, gently pushing her way past us to get into the room.

Hope
"Hi! I'm your..." I trailed off as she just pushed past us. I had a hunch she did not like to talk.

[Callie]

Ollie

"So," I said once Isis had retreated into the room, "I'll see you downstairs."

Isis

I sat down on the bed closest to the window after setting my things down on my bed and just stared. Out the window. Out at what I figured was going to be the most freedom I'd get for a while. We were lab rats. Everyone here was.

Hope
"Yeah. Seeya." I said entering my room. "Well I'm Hope," I told her, holding my hand out.

[Callie]

Isis

I looked at her hand for a minute before shaking it. "Isis," I said simply, going back to looking out the window.

Ollie

I headed into my own room, where the other guy was, and just set my things against a wall. "Hey," I said.

Hope
I looked out the window too, but I didn't move from my spot. "So, you're not going to talk much to me, are you?"
Owen
"Hi. I'm Owen."

Isis

I shook my head. "Not the talkative type," I lied. The old me was, but since the accident, I wasn't too chatty.

Ollie

"I'm Ollie. Nice to meetcha."

Hope
I leaned against the wall. "Well, I'm sorry you got stuck with me, then." I told her truthfully. "Talking is my speciality."
Owen
I nodded. "So....yeah I'm not going to be the first back down there."

Ollie

I smiled a bit. "Joyce freaks you out that much?"

Isis

I just nodded and didn't say anything, wishing she would just leave. I wanted to be alone.

Bio: Hunter hated going to school when he was younger, when he didn't know what his gift meant. His parents sent him to many psychiatrists and doctors over the years, but none of them understood why he claimed to be seeing colours around everyone. It was a two years ago when his parents sent him to a women called Joyce, who understood what hunter could do from the first few minutes of talking to him. He's been going to the Institute since than.
Personality: Hunter tends to keep to himself, he hates his gift because he feels like he's spying in to someone else's life. But Hunter is very good at cheering people up when they are upset, or calming them down when they're angry.

"Come on Archie! We gotta go in!" I laughed at his confused expression. I dragged him in by his hand and swung thw doors open. I stopped when we were both inside and the door closed behind us. "WOW! THIS PLACE IS HUGE!"

Didn't she just not want to go in? She must be bipolar if anything. "Your a psycho.." I mumbled under my breath. She shot me a look and I smirked. "Yeah, this place is gigantic isn't it. Who knew we would be sent here?"

"Well, we'll be downstairs if you wanna come with." I told her in a hopeful tone, then turned to leave the room. I wasn't an idiot, I could tell she wanted alone-ness.

I nodded once more as she left the room. Yeah, I probably wasn't going downstairs anytime soon.

As I shut the door behind me, I looked down the hall; it seemed that Ollie and.....ooh, I didn't remember his name....anyway, they were still talking. So I decided to go downstairs.
Owen
"Yes.....she reminds me of a mother gone wrong..."

I tried to hold back a laugh, but failed. I got up and walked over to the door. "Can't really disagree with you. She's sort of overbearing." I opened the door. "You coming?"

I nodded and followed him out.

I walked down the stairs and waved a bit at Hope when I saw her.

I waved too, at him and the other guy. He relunctantly waved back.
"Soo.....I've been traveling for a while. Is there some food here?" Owen asked. I laughed a little.

Ollie

I shrugged, then jumped as I heard a voice behind me. "Yeah, just through there, in the dining room," Joyce's voice said, sounding cheerful yet again. Her attention was then diverted by the front door opening. "Lyric! Bedrooms are upstairs, you should drop your things off and then get Isis to come downstairs and eat with us."
"... Right," the girl said in a quiet, delicate voice, before heading up the stairs to go to her room.
"Um... I'll go get Isis, Joyce." If only because the girl can't be much older than 15 or 16 and I don't want her getting her head ripped off...

I walked away from Archie and up the stairs. "Whhere do we go?" I never did have a good grade in logic. But I was good in everything else. I shrugged, "Hello?" I saw some kids pass by, some going to the right, others to the left. This was too confusing to me.

I sighed and didn't bother to go after Shotsy. I walked around the front hall thing. "This place IS big."

Owen
I nodded and followed Joyce through there. I noticed that Hope followed me, she must be hungry, too. You bet I was; I hadn't packed food for traveling, and I barely had any money, so put two and two together...I hadn't eaten for a while.

OOC: Updated the dorms now. xD Thanks for reminding me.

Ollie

I headed upstairs and knocked quietly on the door with Isis' and Hope's names on it. It was silent for a minute before there was a hesitant, "Yeah?"
"Isis, it's me. Are you coming down to dinner?" I asked.
More hesitation. "... Yeah," she murmured, and then the door was open. I took a step back so I was out of her way, staring at her for a minute. Up close, she was even more different. There was a harshness in her eyes that wasn't there the last time I'd seen her. She headed downstairs without another word, leaving me standing there.
The other girl came out and waved a hand in front of my face so I snapped out of it. "You alright?"
"Yeah, I'm fine."
She gave me a small smile. "Let's go eat, then."
I followed her down the stairs.

Hope
I waited with Owen for whatever to be served, until Isis came in. I merely gave her a warm smile and nudged Owen when he stared a little bit too much.

Lyric

The girl called Isis was sitting down when the other guy and I walked in, Joyce flouncing in after us. She was so energetic. It was insanity. I took a seat by the other girl that wasn't Isis or Joyce (Hope), and the boy sat between her and Isis. Joyce pulled out a chair beside Isis, who didn't look please.
Joyce leaned out the doorframe. "Dinner's ready!" she called, apparently bored of getting everyone individually. Then she took her seat next to Isis as a cook set down the beginnings of a three-course meal in front of us. "So... tell me about yourselves," Joyce said with a smile. "Owen, why don't you start?" she asked.

I had just taken a bite of the food when she asked that. Slightly embarrassed, I chewed quickly and swallowed. "Uh. What am I supposed to say?"
