I couldn't facepalm because I had food. "You know, starving yourself actually has the opposite effect. It makes your body store up more fat."

[Louise]

ooc: *pats puppy fat* I could have been skinny. :/

Elizabeth

"But Rachel Zoe starves herself, and she's really pretty!" I complained.

[Emmy]

ooc: I have more then puppy fat, and I'll never be skinny. v.v
Adam
I raised an eyebrow. "She was also in rehab this summer, Lizzie."

[Louise]

Elizabeth

"Liar."

[Emmy]

Adam
"Whatever you say....but this diet thing is not a good idea." I sat down next to Noah, and I swore I could feel his glare.

[Louise]

Elizabeth

"Whatever." I pursed my lips and sat next to Adam. "But don't expect me to eat stuff from the school cafeteria."

[Emmy]

Adam
"Okay, you've got me there, some of their stuff is pretty gross." I noticed the other girl got meatloaf. "Nobody warned you about that stuff?" I asked her with a chuckle.

[Louise]

Trinity

I frowned slightly at Adam and Lizzie.. I wasn't exactly happy about my brother dating my best friend, especially with her "special needs". I was worried that he was going to get hurt.

[Callie]

AmberLynn

I stared at the plate of meatloaf. "I'm finding out for myself," I assured him, holding out a hand to him. "I believe introductions are necessary. I'm AmberLynn."

[Emmy]

Adam
I shook her hand. "Adam Henderson. Otherwise known as his and her brother," I said, nudging Noah and nodding toward Trinity. I stole a glance at Noah, he was trying his best not to give me a glare, I could tell. Why was he that angry at me? I didn't get it.
Noah
I suddenly got up. "I'll, uh, be right back," I said lamely, exiting the cafeteria. I didn't even care that I was in the hallway where it was in plain sight. I took out my other cigarette and smoked. It calmed me down, just a little. I'd have to wait till I got home to really forget my anger, if only for a few hours.

[Louise]

Elizabeth

I waved at the stranger. "Hi, I'm Elizabeth, most call me Lizzie. And this is Trin." I nudged Trinity, since she had moved to fill the vacant spot that Noah left. She just turned and glared at me, like as if I had done something stupid. "God, who pissed in your cereal? I asked.
Trinity didn't answer; just shook her head.

"Ah. Pleasure to meet you, Adam, Lizzie, and Trin," I said, deciding I was done staring at my meatloaf and getting up. I threw it out and stood there for a moment before heading out into the hallway, where Noah was smoking a cigarette. I leaned against a locker and smirked slightly at him. "You're gonna get caught, you know."

Noah
I jumped at the sound of her voice. "Doesn't matter. I've already been caught today." I looked away. "If I'm caught, I get to go home, which is a plus."
Adam
I knew Trinity was pissed becaue of me, but I wasn't going to break up with Lizzie to make my sister happy.

[Louise]

Trinity

I sighed angrilly. He didn't understand, dammit! As soon as she turned back to Liz, all hell will break loose. It's what happened with all of her other relationships, and it's what will happen now.

[Callie]

AmberLynn

I just shrugged. "If you insist. I don't suppose you're going to share?"

[Emmy]

Noah
"I don't think you're one to blab, so I guess I will." I took the cigarette out of my mouth. "Earlier today I was smoking and the teacher caught me and wanted the cigarette....I burned him with it, and yet, I'm still here." I grinned and put it back into my mouth. "They seem to go easy on me because I just got back."

[Callie]

AmberLynn

"Back from where?" I asked him curiously.

[Emmy]

Noah
That's right, she wouldn't know. "Rehab."

[Callie]

AmberLynn

"Ahh. Never been," I lied. "How was it? Dull?" Like I was going to tell him about the drinking problem I'd used to have. Not that it was any of his business, though.

"It's something I won't talk about." I said with a little smirk.

[Callie]

AmberLynn

"No? Pity. Will you at least say what you got put there for?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

Noah
"Drinking, Smoking, the usual, really."

[Callie]

AmberLynn

"Were there many others our age in there?" I queried. "Any celebrities, maybe?" I added jokingly.

[Emmy]

Noah
"Nah, I was the youngest." I laughed. "Unfortunately, no."

[Callie]

AmberLynn

"That sucks. Well, I suppose I'll shut up and stop pestering you with questions now. If you actually give me a cigarette, that is..."

[Emmy]

Noah
I laughed and handed her one. Maybe she was dateable.
....But then again. I didn't want to mess up her life....

[Callie]

AmberLynn

"Thank you," I said, taking a lighter out of my pocket and lighting the cigarette, putting it in my life and stashing the lighter back in my pocket. I wanted to keep talking to Noah; he was interesting, in my opinion. Quiet, but the quiet ones were always the most interesting, weren't they? Not to mention, if I kept him talking, he wouldn't ask about my life, right? Well, I didn't really think he would anyway, and it wasn't like I hadn't thought up lies for most things, but I was just paranoid sometimes. Maybe I could actually tell the truth about something other than my name and age. But that just didn't seem as... right. After so long, lying just becomes... a natural instinct, I suppose.

I looked around awkwardly. When things got quiet around me, they usually didn't get loud again.

"... It seems I can't stay silent. My apologies. You don't have to answer anything if you don't want to, I'm just curious. So... what's the deal with you and your brother?" I asked, glancing over to him.

[Emmy]

Noah
"He told my parents about the drinking and stuff, that's what got me into rehab." I glared at him, and then at the ground.
