The City of Rune
Mystical creatures have lived and walked among humans for longer than anyone can remember. For years, they were invisible, secret, they looked and acted just like regular humans. But then they were discovered. They knew they couldn't hide any longer, so they didn't even bother. Now the mystical races are scattered among mankind, but one city, Rune, has the most number of mystical creatures than any other city in the world.
And when they came, so did all of their problems. Rune is in... ruins. Even the nicest parts of the city are filled with dangerous creatures. The very lowest parts have been practically destroyed. The whole city is fighting itself; organizations, run by different mystics, have been set up. All determined to take the others down. How can you possibly survive?
You can be any mystical creature you want, or you can be a human. You can make up your own race if you want, be creative with it!
Rules:
* No godmodding.
* You can have mean charries, but don't be mean and rude yourself
* Your chari has to have a weakness of some kind, they can't be all powerful.
* No Mary-Sues.
* Your chari can be in any one of the organizations, but please don't make your own unless you ask me.
* No limit on charries.
* NO CHAT SPEAK.
* First person, please.

Organizations:
Black Bloods: A group made up of vampires. Strong ones. They exclude any weak or new vampires, and only take in the experienced ones. They hate all other mystical creatures and humans, and aren't afraid to take risks. They feed off of anything they can find. Their headquarters is in the nicer part of the city because they basically rule Rune. No leader as of yet.
Werlin: This group is the other main organization in Rune, run by werewolves, but they take in anyone who is agains the Black Bloods. They aren't picky because all they care about is getting control of Rune. They can be found all around the city and have no real headquarters, but numerous different meeting places. No leader as of yet.
Runians: This is the group who wants to fight for Rune. They want to run both the Black Bloods, and the Werlin out of the city. They are considered Rebels and basically need to stay in hiding. They are a very secret group that will take in anyone willing to fight. They are located in the slums of the city and aren't a very big threat at the moment. Leader is Xavier Ryan.

Bio: Xavier doesn't talk about his past much. At all. Only those who were there with him knows what has happened to him. Xavier is the leader of the Runians, but he's quiet about it, unless he's out trying to recruit people. He isn't much of a people person, but he likes fighting. And dislikes werewolves and vampires. Overall, Xavier keeps to himself. Mostly.

Cameron (sometimes called Cam) is an energetic girl who loves fighting the vampires and werewolves with Xavier. Cameron easily makes friends and is very outgoing and a people person. If you tell her a secret and tell her to never tell anyone, she would fight to the end defending it - if the secret was big enough.
