"Aww come on little one....I promise your mummy will still be here when you get back." I smiled and looked at her.

Callum

I looked at him and frowned "But you said it was a couple you didnt recognise.

Drew

"Yeah, but... it looked... relatively like him," I said desperately, shaking my head. "It had to be him!"

Hayden

I sniffled and looked over to Mommy. "He's gonna kill her," I whimpered, pointing to the scary man.

Lenny

"No he won't because then he wont ever see his babies again." I lied and looked at Hunter "Will you Hunter?" I frowned

"But how sure are you?" I asked

Ashton

I laughed. "You're so childish."

Dennis

I open the door and slammed it shut when Demetri and Tegan were inside. "Something was in the woods!" I explained, completely out of breath.

Samantha

"Because I don't have a nickname for you," I teased.

Hunter
"I won't kill your mummy." I said sincerely to the child, then laughed at my daughter. "It's okay, I'll settle for Dada."

Hayden

I looked between them doubtfully, but then decided to trust them. Well, the girl anyways. I was pretty sure the guy would hurt her, but I hoped the lady was serious about him not getting to see his babies. Wouldn't he want to? So maybe he wouldn't hurt Mommy.

Drew

"About 97 percent sure," I said, exasperated. "Look - just help me track them down. I can't through Beth's mind right now. She might die if I don't get to her soon, Callum," I told him desperately.

Dylan

I pretended to think for a moment, then smirked. "You can call me sexy. How about that?"

Anna

"It's effortless. Hey, look, they got here before the fifteen minutes was up!" I exclaimed, looking back at Dennis, Tegan, and Demetri, who had just burst through the back door. "Jesus, you three. You look like you've seen a ghost. What's up?"

Tegan

"Something was in the woods with us," I said, frowning. Dennis was right - I hadn't realized until way after he did, but I knew something was in there. Demetri didn't look as convinced, though, even though he'd run after us.

Demetri

"I don't know why we're so freaked out. It was probably just a squirrel or a stray dog or something," I told Dennis and Tegan nonchalantly. As the oldest of the three of us, I figured it was my job to be the voice of reason.

Samantha

I resisted the urge to roll my eyes at him. "Sexy? Well... I guess I can live with that."

[Callie]

Dylan

"Guess? We can't help the truth, beautiful," I said with a grin, hesitantly wrapping my arms around her. I wasn't hesitant because I didn't want to - quite the contrary, actually. I wasn't sure if she'd really let me.

Samantha

Surprisingly, I leaned against him, while wondering why I wasn't slapping him or something.

Dylan

I was silent for a moment, thinking. Then I piped up, "Why haven't you slapped me yet?"

Samantha

"I don't know, honestly. Would you like for me to slap you?"

[Callie]

Dylan

I looked thoughtful. "It might make me feel better about what I did to you. Though, honestly, if I got slapped for every time I've done something like that to a girl, I'd have one red face."

Samantha

I held my hand up and touched his face gently, "Nope, I don't feel like slapping you."

[Callie]

Dylan

I smiled weakly. I'd thought she was gonna do it. "Why not?"

Samantha

"Lack of better judgement?" I answered with a shrug.

[Callie]

Dylan

I just laughed. "Plausible excuse."

Samantha

"Well, I couldn't think of a better one," I murmured.

Dylan

I shrugged. "I should probably get inside. Micah told me I could play here. And I need to make everyone here deaf with my terrible singing, so..." I laughed.

Samantha

I pulled away, "Alright... Have fun with that."

Dylan

"What, you don't want to come inside?" I asked her, frowning slightly when she pulled away.

Dennis

"I'm not imagining it," I told Demetri sourly. "There was like... a snarling."

Ashton

I frowned. "Could it have been like a wolf?" I asked.
"Could have," he said with a shrug. "But it was like... deeper and louder.

Callum

"I'll be there all the way no matter what." I smiled and looked at him

Lenny

"Come on sweetie." I looked at Hunter and handed him the other baby.

Slowly, I followed her.

With that, I took off running out of the house.

Tegan

"A werewolf," I breathed, eyes wide. Mom and Demetri looked at me and I shrugged. "Well, we're witches and Demetri's an elemental. How's it not possible?"

"I've heard that there are werewolves in the city, but never seen any here," I said calmly. Dennis scowled at me.

I looked at the little boy curiously. They looked alike. "Can you say Daddy?" I asked him softly.

"I was sorta... planning on ditching the party as soon as I can... get out. I'm convinced most of the people here aren't... normal..."

"Well..." I looked around. "No, probably not."

"Maybe they followed Dennis," I suggested.

I bit my lip and glanced at a couple people nearby. "And according to something I read, they think I smell better than most people..."
