Secrets & Fire 2: The Apocalypse

Satfyre:

I sighed... I knew this was too good to be true. I scooted away from him a bit, my nerves coming back.

"W-what do you mean?"

Damn! Why did this reaction always happen when someone told me they weren't human?

[Callie]

Micah

"I have no idea. My blood is... weird. It's like... black. I'd show you, but I'm kinda worried." I chuckled a bit.

[niteluver]

Satfyre:

"Why are you worried?" I asked bluntly.

[Callie]

Micah

"Well, you kinda sorta drink blood..."

[niteluver]

Satfyre:

Realizing what he meant, I laughed.
"Sorry, it's just, I haven't heard that said to me in like, forever! No, silly! I don't drink from live humans. Poor things. I love the creatures. Why would I hurt them?"

Sobering up, I added, "Plus, they've never done anything to harm me, like those "perfect" immortals, why should I do something to them?"

[Callie]

Micah

"Oh. Well. I guess I could show you, then. Happen to have anything sharp or pointy with you?" I asked her. Other than your fangs.

[niteluver]

Satfyre:

I laughed.

"Silly boy, don't hurt yourself for my sake... I'll just trust you on it. It's not like I could help you anyways... I'm kinda useless. It's sweet of you to do that though."

I gave him my warmest smile. It seemed like it had been 90 years since I'd used it.

[Callie]

Micah

"It won't hurt for long anyways," I said with a shrug. "But if you're sure."

[niteluver]

Satfyre:

Actually, my life was quite boring... A little mystery could do no harm...
"Never mind what I said. This might be kinda cool... As long as it doesn't hurt to bad, sure, I'd like to see."

[Callie]

Micah

"It won't," I promised, looking around. Eventually, I found a rock, and I scratched it against my arm. Instead of the red beads normal people would have, black ones appeared across spot I'd scratched myself.

[niteluver]

Satfyre:

My eyes widened. "Wow, that's... quite interesting. You say you don't know what it is? Hmm... Maybe Abaddon could help us... Here, come with me!"

I grabbed his uninjured arm.

[Callie]

Micah

"Does he only drink animals, too?" I asked, standing up and thinking to myself that I should put some alcohol on that soon. Otherwise, it'd get infected and all that other good shit.

Satfyre:

I laughed. "Abaddon? Hell no. He can restrain, but if he's hungry, he wont."
I turned around and looked at Micah. "But don't worry. Even if Abaddon is the oldest vampire I know, I'm way stronger than him. I could protect you."

I smiled at him.

[Callie]

Micah

"Well, that's comforting." I grinned at her. "Lead the way, then."

Abaddon:

I was just putting up the first of the decorations, when I smelled and heard Satfyre coming up the steps. But there was something else too, I just couldn't place my finger on it. I rushed over and opened the door. Standing on the porch with narrowed eyes was Satfyre... With what looked like a human male. I started to growl.

Satfyre:

I saw Abaddon tense up, put my hand on his face, and shoved. "Oh, cool your ass down Abaddon. There's no need for all of that." I rolled my eyes. "Come on Micah... Don't mind idiot over there."

[Callie]

Micah

"I thought the so-called idiot is who we needed to talk to," I said, but shrugged.

[niteluver]

Satfyre:

"Yeah, we need to talk to him, but I need to go cool him down first. Here, sit down. make yourself comfortable."
I walked over to Abaddon, who was still standing shocked in the doorway, and lead him into another room.

[Callie]

Micah

I sat down on the couch, looking around the place. Seemed like they were having a party or something. Huh. Cool.

[niteluver]

Abaddon:

"What was that? You know I don't like strangers coming in here!'

Satfyre:

I glared at him.

"You just made buddies with some kind of vampire that you don't even know, and you're telling me this?"

He started to protest.

"Just... No. Done even go there with me! Micah is staying and that's final.

Abaddon:

I smirked.
"oh, I see now. You got yourself a little human pet to play with... Ouch!" I protested as I was slammed and held by my neck against the wall.

Satfyre:
Don't ever call any humans that, or we wont be family any more." I whispered in his ear. Then I let him fall to the ground.
"Hey Micah! Abaddon has graciously decided to help us!"

[Emmy]

Beth
I felt myself getting pale, and clammy--this pain was way too much. I shut my eyes, drifting in and out of consciousness.
Hunter
"wait...what?" I asked, confused. "Do you have a mirror?"

[Jadey!]

Lenny

I pulled a small mirror out of my pocket and frowned "Don't freak yourself out....you still look smoking hot." I smiled

[Emmy]

Hunter
I grinned as I looked. "I do. But my old face was so much better...let's head on over to the ex's house shall we?"

[Jadey!]

Lenny

"Lets get all the wedding stuff into the car and then we'll go....Gotta make it look convincing." I noted and looked at his face "The old face definatly better i admit." I smiled and then frowned as my stomach made the popping noise again and grew substantially bigger.

[Emmy]

Hunter
I looked down worriedly. "Looks like it won't be long now, hmm?" I looked around. "Where's the wedding stuff, then?"

[Jadey!]

Lenny

"Depends how long I can hold off on the next stage." I laughed and looked at him "Don't be worried, we dont even have to keep it....I mean we are vampires....we can just drink it and leave it." I frowned at this notion and shook my head before pointing towards the back of the house.

[Emmy]

Hunter
I frowned at that suggestion, but began taking the wedding things to her car and loading them in the trunk.

[Jadey!]

Lenny

I grabbed the last things and some thermos flasks full of blood and then shut the main house door and headed to the car.

Hunter
I got into the driver's seat before her and grinned like a little boy. "This thing will be so sweet to drive."

[Jadey!]

Lenny

"Its my car...." I looked shocked an then judged the space between the seat and steering wheel before cursing madly "Son of a bitch." I growled and waddled over to the passenger side and growled "Dont break my car. Understand."

Hunter
I looked over to her, a serious look on my face. "I promise, I will pay back the money if I do break it." I said sincerely.
