OOC: *shrugs* Anybody can take her place. And well, we're starting a new tradition! *coughs* It's totally not because I'm trying to get out of this roleplay that I'm killing her off or anything.

ooc: Sure Jenny, sure. If you want something can just attack the campers at the camp, and then Caylie can die, and everyone else can head off on the misssion.

OOC: That'll work. But it's still going to be a sacrifice so that Caylie seems noble and not weak!

OOC: Who takes over the mission then?

OOC: Er...I have no idea. xD Decide amongst yourselves. But look, we've tackled one part of the prophecy already! But since the prophecy said five demigods...you'll need Mary-Anne, Samantha, Sarah, Ilia...and somebody else. Tom, maybe?

OOC: We should have a guy. btw who is tom anyways?

Caylie
I suddenly felt rather alert, and heard a quiet voice in my head. Do what you can to protect your group, even if you pass up your chance for glory. What...? Mother...? I heard a sudden roar, a loud, deafening one. I was automatically running out of the Big House, running outside to see a large hellhound in the middle of the camp. I ran to the arena, grabbing the closest sword and running back to the hellhound.

Samantha
I gasped at the hellhound. How did it get onto the campgrounds? They were supposed to be safe? I sprinted after Caylie, grabbed a sword, and let my intincts takeover me.

OOC: Now, we need some dramatic situation to come up where Caylie can kill the hellhound, but kill herself in the process.

Caylie
Ferocity swept over me, and I dived for the hound's foot, stabbing it in an abnormally large paw. It howled in pain and lashed down swiftly to bite at me. I leaped backwards and tensed to dive again.

OOC: die from a fatalwound?

Ilia
I looked and saw a giant hellhound. "What the hell?!" i said and ran towards the arena. Caylie and some other girl had swords. Damn, i don't know how to use one. BUT there was a battle axe. I would have weighed my chances but i grabbed it and ran. "How the hell did this get here?"

OOC: Okay!

Caylie
"I don't know! The only way monsters can appear in the camp is if they are summoned!" I called back, swooping in to roll under the hellhound's legs. As I readied myself to dig the sword into its stomach, I gasped as I felt a sharp pain in my back; large claws digging into my body, so far in I could feel the tips of the hound's claws when I touched my chest. I feebly brought my sword up, stabbing it into its stomach. It howled as I felt myself starting to black out, and I felt a crushing weight land on top of me.

"CAYLIE!" i shouted. I ran over and started pushing the Hellhound off of her. "Come on! Someone help me!" i started to freak out, what happened?

Samantha
"Oh my god, Caylie!" I gasped, as I dropped my sword and ran to my bestfriend. I dropped down onto the ground next her, worry lining every inch of my face.

" Oh god....." I whispered when the hellhound was pushed of her. I just stared.Then my face went dark " Whoever summoned this monsterwill be killed by my hand." i pulled my flute out of my bag, and started to play the "Serenade of Spirits" The melody echoed through the woods carried on the wind

I pushed Caylie's hair back and looked for a pulse. It was weak, but it was there. I turned to the girl behind me, "Go find Chiron, if we can find him now then Caylie may still survive."

Ilia
I knew there was probably no chance, but i went anyways. I ran and found Chiron. he came back with me. "Oh dear,." He said. I looked down at caylie, and i shook my head.

Samantha
I glanced up at Chiron, and then stared back at Caylie. "Is there anything we can do?" I whimpered, looking at Caylie's limp form.

ooc: I am really confused as to what is going on here. Can someone re-cap please?

ooc: Jenny has decided she doesn't like this rp anymore, so she's killing off Caylie, and then the quest will go to the remaining characters. Now we're just waiting for Jenny to come back and pronounce Caylie officially dead.

I could hear people fussing over me, and I wanted to tell them not to worry. But how could I do that when I couldn't stop worrying myself? I managed to look at my friends with squinted eyes, and rasped, "I can't make it." Now I realized why my mother had said what she did. Do what you can to protect your group, even if you pass up your chance for glory. She was warning me.
I heard Chiron's voice say quietly, "There is nothing left we can do."
I closed my eyes. So it was official. I was going to die. I could feel the life slipping from me now, but I didn't want to go. No, there was so many things I was supposed to do...I was supposed to stop Prometheus...or was I just being used? Used by my mother to give them the information they needed and then die.
You will die bravely, young daughter. You saved the camp. Your death was not in vain.

I watched Caylie take her last shuttering breath. Her chest stopped moving, but her wounds kept bleeding, and the color began fading from her cheeks. Silent tears began rolling down my cheek, Caylie had always been my bestfriend. Ever since we first met at camp we'd just clicked. I thought we'd always be friends.

I stood up slowly. "Goodbye" I said, and i walked away. This is the second time someone died in front of me. My mind flashed back to my older sister, but i shook it off. I promised her i wouldn't cry anymore.

ooc: Whoa. Umm when did we start the quest? JERKS!

"CALIEY!" I yelled out to her. Hell, she was my half sister! How couldn't I? Tears tried there way into my eyes, but I held them back. My head began to hurt, but I didn't worry. I had other things to say... "Who let that beast in?" I yelled. This was terrible! Caylie was the leader of our group, who could now? Then a voice echoed in my head. "Show me what you got." My hands started to shake.

OOC: we didn't, jenny didn't eant to be in thsi RP anymore, so she killed herself. We're still at camp
