I rolled my eyes, too frustrated to keep up with the excuses. "Alright, fine. I shot at it. And I would've killed it too, if it weren't for that being my last bullet. Happy now?"

Drake

I stared at her in disbelief. "And you acted like you were gonna shoot me!" I couldn't help but grin. "Well, that was nicely done. I even believed you were going to."

Trinity

I smirked a bit, walking over to him. "Well, now that I've convinced you of my acting talent, do you care to tell me what you're doing here? No offense, but if you're some insane guy wanting to repopulate the world or something, then I might actually shoot you when I find another round."

[Callie]

Drake

"I heard you scream, actually," I said with a shrug, tucking my gun back into my pocket. "And repopulating the Earth should be saved for when we actually need it; I've been seeing quite a few people today. More than I thought were still alive."

"Have we not done so already?" I asked. "A bit informal, but it worked."

I set to work, tidying up a small space of area. I wiped away layers of cobwebs and mess, thinking about all the memories I shared with my sister here. I sat down in a small victorian style lounge chair for a moment, holding the book me and Annamarie had carved out a small keepsake hole in. Had the previous owner of this shop known this, she would have been very angry. I smiled slightly, picking up the locket that was placed delicately in the pages, clipping it around my neck. This place held memories, and I wasn't about to let them go.

I walked around the place, blowing all across the walls and shelves, then spitting when the dust flew in my face.
Aaron laughed. "You are ridiculous."
"Shut it," I grumbled.

Sienna

I giggled at Ellie, quickly hiding my laughter by looking down. Siblings would be siblings. honestly, I didn't want to go back to get the others. I was perfectly content with just Ellie and Aaron.

Colt

I blinked. "Did we?"
"Forgive Colt, he has the memory of an annoying old guy with Alzheimer's," Dahlia said and smirked.

I pushed some of the smaller shelves to the sides of the room, trying to make a big open space in the middle where we could all sleep. "How's it looking?" I asked Sienna.

Trinity

"There's more people than just me, and apparently you?" I asked with wide eyes.

Sienna

"Good enough." I said with a satisfactory nod. It wasn't like we could expect much. There wasn't much left to the world anyway. "Want to go get the others?" I questioned.

Drake

I nodded. "About... eight more, actually. At least."

Aaron
I nodded. "Yes, let's."
Ellie bounced around me, then running ahead.
"No, Ellie! Stay here!" I called to her.

Trinity

"Good to know," I muttered. It wasn't like I wanted to be the only human alive or something, but I hadn't talked to anyone besides this guy in years. And I wasn't really sure it was worth the effort anymore.

Drake

I chuckled and shot her a grin. "You sound thrilled," I said sarcastically.

Trinity

"Oh, I'm just concerned they won't as charming as you," I retorted, rolling my eyes.

[Callie]

Drake

I laughed. "Don't worry, I'll stick around so you're still charmed."

Sienna

I bit my lip, looking at Aaron for a moment. "Let's go catch her." I said, chasing after Ellie.

I shrugged and ran after them, bounding past Sienna and up next to Ellie. "What...did I say...about running?" I panted, glaring down at my sister.
Ellie giggled but didn't answer.

Trinity

I smirked slightly, "Where are these people anyways?"

Charmaine

"You're forgiven..." I said simply. "So do you guys have enough weapons to protect you?"

[Callie]

Colt

I nodded. "Yeah. Just guns, though. Nothing really... close-range. Except for Dahlia's pocketknife, but she won't share and it's not that sharp to begin with."
Dahlia just shrugged. "A knife's a knife."

Drake

"In a completely different dark alley with no zombies," I said cheerily, starting to head out of the alley where we currently resided. I stopped at the mouth of it and turned to peer back at her. "You tagging along?"

Trinity

I stood there quietly for a minute, trying to decide if I wanted to or not. Eventually I ran to catch up with him, "Only for a little bit."

Drake

I pouted at her, but continued walking. "You mean you're going to abandon me? Who's going to flatter you consistently then?"

[Ashley (;]

Trinity

I nodded, "Well, I don't know. Zombies following me around all the time is pretty flattering, even if they're only out for my brains."

[Callie]

Drake

"At least they're not just after you for your looks," I said reassuringly, patting her on the back.

Trinity

"Maybe I'm better off with them, then," I remarked with an amused look.

[Callie]

Drake

"I don't know; you might end up dead, and if it turns out I'm only complimenting you and following you around for your looks, I still won't try to eat your brains."

"Not to mention you'd be easier to kill, if you annoyed me too much," I retorted innocently. I probably wouldn't actually shoot him or something, but he didn't need to know that.
