I bite my lip as I walked up to the stool. Griffendoor Griffendoor. Please! I thought in my head. "Ahhh. A strong one." The hat said to only me. "And smart too. But were to put you? Hmm I think you better be innnn....GRIFFENDOOR!" The hat yealled out. I smiled as I walked over to the table.

Calvin"Uh, er, yeah! What? Huh?" Calvin responded to the girl. "Err, sorting?" "Richards, Calvin." called out the professor sorting. "Um, gotta go!" Calvin hopped up to the stool, looking around at everyone in the hall. He sat down on the stool. "Hmm... yes, devoted, but who to?" the hat said, taking a moment to think. "No, you will not turn out sly, you must be... HUFFLEPUFF!" Calvin didn't know what to think of this, so he just said thank you and went to the Hufflepuff table, where people were clapping for him. ooc;;, I believe that another one of my charries is next? Is there someone with S, T, or U? |

I scoffed. "You have no idea, its crazy." I looked around the huge room, still feeling awestruck at my surroudings. I caught sight of the very large man that led us across the lake and too the school. "Say, James, why is that man so large?" I asked, almost nervously.
Trixie
I gave my plate a final irritated prod and shoved my wand away. My plate swelled to the size of a hubcap. Glancing around to make sure noone was looking I swapped my large plate with the smaller, more normal plate that the boy next to me had been planning on using.

"Vineet, Anala." called out the professor at the stool. Anala thought of her parents and then realized that it was pretty obvious what house she would be in. She knew she was Ravenclaw, and she's known that since she was born.
Anala sat on the stool, even managing to give a brief smile to the crowd.
"Oh, yes," said the hat, barely on her head, "better be Ravenclaw!"
Anala smiled greatly and went down to the Ravenclaw table, then sat awkwardly because she hadn't met anyone. Her excitement quickly died in that empty section of the table.

Henry
As the professor called Henry's name, a few people from Gryffindor nearby smiled at him, and he felt much more encouraged after that.
"Hmm... Gryffindor!" Said the hat, making it weirdly short. That did make Henry wonder why, but of course he felt great to be a Gryffindor. He went and sat with another first year. ((Elizabeth))
"Hi, my names Henry." He said with a smile.
